April 8, 200916 yr Well, I hardly can name as 'flop' Top-15 hit from September... This is decent and the song deserved exactly what it got. As for 'Thinking of you'... It would't have got Top-40 if it wasn't Katy with all the hype around her. The song is just average IMO.
April 8, 200916 yr Closed. September didn't flop, and Katy Perry was a third single off an album that did rather well. I can't see what discussion this thread would bring from what can be discussed elsewhere.
