And it's only up to you to decide whether to go FAIR and let her go or just STEAL the artist in front of Ashton's nose although everyone knows that they have been considering using the artist for half a month already if i recall right.

I'm not gonna steal Jessica, I'm not like that, like I said in previous posts, Ashton got there before me, and rules are rules (in my book) that it shouldn't be taken if I'm fully aware he's reserving it. So unless Ashton doesn't reserve it I'm not reserving it.
