June 20, 200619 yr Anastacia - Anastacia the album is by far the most emotional, powerfull, touching. It was written when Anastacia was surviving from Breast Cancer, and it holds hit singles such as Left Outside Alone & Sick And Tired

But it all works, and the tracks flow together so well. It also introduced to me to a load of great tracks I'd otherwise never have heard; Ibizarre's "Underwater World" and Beanfield "Charles". June 22, 200619 yr Duran Duran - Rio Human League - Dare The Cure - Kiss Me Kiss Me Kiss Me Blondie - Parallel Lines The Smiths - The Queen Is Dead The Clash - London Calling Depeche Mode - Violator U2 - War Sisters of Mercy - Floodland I could've written that list myself. Also add 'Autoamerican' for Blondie and 'Head on the Door' for The Cure... and 'First and Last and Always' for the Sisters. Others? Dubstar's albums still sound magnificent, as do the Client albums (a definite must-buy for all who haven't).... Yazoo's 'Upstairs at Erics', Kate Bush's 'Sensual World', Prince 'Sign O The Times' and anything by Throwing Muses.
June 22, 200619 yr Others? Dubstar's albums still sound magnificent, I've got "Disgraceful" somewhere... I liked it... Lacuna Coil did a pretty excellent cover of "Stars" on one of their early EPs.... Cristina has a rather different voice to Sarah Dubstar, but it works really well
