April 21, 200916 yr Wtf at that whole game, Liverpool must be kicking themselves tbh, we were so bad at the back and couldn't get out of our half for pretty much the whole game
April 21, 200916 yr Saved your arses tonight, massively. Could become a very good player, but he just can't really get into games apart from the odd (or 4) moment of brilliance. 3 well taken goals (1st was lucky). Unbelieveably flabbergastered. Liverpool attack 4-4 Liverpool defence.
April 21, 200916 yr Author Oh and thanks a bunch Man Utd for selling us THE SHITTEST THING EVER in Silvestre
April 21, 200916 yr To be honest he did nothing apart from scoring 4 goals. The first player in the League to score 4 at Anfield since 1946. What a match, Reina did not make a save, yet I personally thought Arsenal's Goalkeeper Fabianski was the Man of The Match with the match of his life. Shots on Target: Liverpool 16 v 4 Arsenal Corners: Liverpool 12 v 0 Arsenal Talk about a 4-4 thrashing. Personally I'm gutted because I can see Manchester United losing 1 match in their run in; or maybe losing 1 & drawing 1 of their run in matches; but I can't see them dropping 6 or more points in their run in. But if they do, Chelski will be in the title chasing mix. No doubt Slur Alex will come out tomorrow and declare that was a poor quality match (like he did with last week's ECL QF Chelsea 4-4 Liverpool match).
April 21, 200916 yr Author To be honest, we'd have won that if we'd have had Gallas today. Silvestre is honestly worse than Denilson and Eboue combined. And Sagna has turned to shít. God our defence sucks.
April 21, 200916 yr Both defences were pretty poor to be fair. Casual, and school boy defending from both our full backs. Is good for Man Utd, and no doubt they'll be pleased, but they've got 7(?) games to play yet. They realistically need to lose two which I can't see happening, but I always said the last 4 games would be really where the title would be won and lost. As much as I wanted 3 points tonight (and we should have got them) a point isn't the end of the world. We've certainly got the squad to be able to get maximum points out of our last bunch of games, whereas fatigure might start to catch up with Man Utd as they're still challenging both ECL and EPL. Only plus side I can see out of this (and especially if Chelsea lose/draw tomorrow) is Arsenal will want 3rd place (automatic ECL qualification) so it might stop them from putting out a weakended side against Man Utd.
April 21, 200916 yr To be honest, we'd have won that if we'd have had Gallas today. Silvestre is honestly worse than Denilson and Eboue combined. And Sagna has turned to shít. God our defence sucks. To be honest if Gallas was playing I don't think Liverpool would have played the last 10 minutes of the match with the tactics and formation of an (age) Under 11s match needing 2 goals to win. Mind you, you could say the same thing about Liverpool winning if Liverpool had a very smart yet clearly p***ed off Steven Gerrard on the pitch instead of being in the Sky commentary box with Richard Keys; Jaime Redknapp & Alan Smith. However looking at Liverpool's run in this was the match I most feared we'd drop points. I just have to hope Manchester United's recent stuttering form continues to haunt them now. C'est La Vie. Anyway I'm off to watch on Youtube Berbatov's Penalty against Everton on Sunday to cheer me up.
April 21, 200916 yr Have faith. No matter what media, pundits, bookmakers etc. say its not over. If Man Utd slip up then thats it, game on again. As it stand we're top of the league anyway, and with a bit of luck Pompey will do us a massive favour tomorrow (well one can hope).
April 21, 200916 yr Another great 4-4 game involving Liverpool, would rather watch a game like that than a boring 0-0. Liverpool are certainly entertaining at both ends. :)
April 22, 200916 yr Pompey to win 8-5, Kanu goes mental and gets a double hat-trick. But in seriousness, what a game. As a neutral it was quite the spectacle, even if the defending from both teams was absolutely shocking  Hope Liverpool can hang on and chase United all the way, sick of it being Chelsea v Man U year after year.
April 22, 200916 yr Sometimes I wish Carra wasn't a scouser. It's like he's immune from criticism. He was poor defensively today, and the Arsenal guys with pace showed him up. I just wanna see what Skrtel and Agger are like in central defence properly... it seems such a good partnership. Oh well if Liverpool don't win the title this year, then there's always next season. :-)

Oh well if Liverpool don't win the title this year, then there's always next season. :-) He basically gave the ball TO Arshavin for one of the goals  It could have been one hell of a lot worse so I'm quite happy with the draw but we still need to get the result against Pompey tonight so we can't get too cocky! I wonder if Fergie even dares to put Berbatov on the bench at the moment considering the amount of stick he's getting from fans..
April 22, 200916 yr well Man Utd have been rather pale and off colour for a while and now their holy clean sweep is off anything is possible!
April 23, 200916 yr The Run In 25/04/09 Hull v Liverpool 15:00 25/04/09 West Ham v Chelsea 15:00 25/04/09 Man Utd v Tottenham 17:30 02/05/09 Middlesbrough v Man Utd 12:45 02/05/09 Chelsea v Fulham 15:00 03/05/09 Liverpool v Newcastle 13:30 09/05/09 West Ham v Liverpool 17:30 10/05/09 Man Utd v Man City 13:30 10/05/09 Arsenal v Chelsea 16:00 13/05/09 Wigan v Man Utd 20:00 16/05/09 Man Utd v Arsenal 12:45 17/05/09 West Brom v Liverpool 13:30 17/05/09 Chelsea v Blackburn 16:00 24/05/09 Hull v Man Utd 16:00 24/05/09 Liverpool v Tottenham 16:00 24/05/09 Sunderland v Chelsea 16:00 Sadly I think Man Utd have all but won it now... I'd expect their reserves to easily see off Hull and Middlesborough; Wigan always seem to lose heavily against the big 4; Man City are very poor on the road. Arsenal look the most likely side to take points off them, although they'll have the measure of each other after the Champions League matches. So if they beat Tottenham on Saturday barring any massive upsets I think they'll be virtually at touching distance. Liverpool can’t afford to drop any more points, a big ask but they’re only playing on one front now; even maximum points now may not be enough.
April 23, 200916 yr As i've said before, the titlem will be won and lost over the course of the last 4 games. Liverpool could be back at the top of the league again if they beat Hull.
May 1, 200916 yr I'd expect their reserves to easily see off Hull and Middlesborough; Rubbish! Come on Boro! Come on Boro!
