Featured rappers aside, I think I might actually quite like 'Jewels N' Drugs' now?

this has ALWAYS been the problem for me, Gaga's bits are quite good but I can't get over the rappers :drama:

It was probably the main thing for me too. I know I at least thought I didn't like Gaga's parts of the song but knowing me I probably took one listen of the heavy rapping and thought "NOPE!" to it all. Tbf, I think T.I.'s rap at the beginning (I'm assuming it is him) works but I don't like the other two's input. It sounds too harsh on the ears and stops the song feeling anything like a Gaga song.

I'm sure there must be an unofficial no-rap version lurking somewhere on the web. I must seek!

sounds a lil messy in parts, but overall SO much better :')

Ooh I like! It's helped me realise that the song does require one rapper on it (T.I.) but certainly not as many as three, with the other two completely turning it into something anything other than a Gaga song.

there's a version of Jewels N Drugs that replaces the rappers with Iggy Azalea, Ke$ha and Nicki Minaj which works well too:

G.U.Y seems to be the Gaga song that I most want to listen to at the moment.

IMAGINE the video for Heavy Metal Lover tho

Currently listening to the sublime So Happy I Could Die

The video could've been iconic. So many songs on BTW deserved a video. Bloody Mary a Halloween one? Highway Unicorn one could've been epic too. WHAT COULD HAVE BEEN.
