Review of the Promo

""All 6 tracks on the sampler are fast/upbeat/bangers. No ballads.

Get Sexy

Well, we all know this one...

About A Girl

It's such a Keisha-song! She does the chorus on her own! How ironic it's the first single without her...

Miss Everything

Sean Kingston ruins this in a Flo Rida phoned in rap kinda way.

Wear My Kiss

I suspect people will rave about this the most... maybe? Although I must point out that it just uses the exact same intro noise that's on 'Get Sexy', but just prior to the chorus! How lazy is that?! I mean the zoom-noise... thing. It's quite guitary and chrunchy and electro-squealchy. "Da da da da" hook, a la Lady GaGa, I guess. Lyrical concerns are ties and lipsticks "I promise you this - you wanna wear my kiss".

Wait For You

Guitar! Again! This is a strong track... sort've Kelly Clarkson anthem-time but also slammin' and funky like Rihanna maybe. Good Keisha-heavy vocals. Is Heidi on this at all?

Thank You For The Heartbreak

This is exacty the same as the Capital FM version, but obviously studio based. I love it but have overplayed the youtube clip. Single-worthy but it wont be a single now.

Over-all, this is a 4.5 out of 6 rating for me. It is very much a Keisha Vs Amelle face-off vocally. I barely noticed Heidi at all."

and people wonder why i call her beige. BTW who the hell rates things out of 6???

That's already been posted :heehee: But yeah, a mark out of 6 is odd. 4.5/6 is the same as 7.5/10 incidentally so that's a good score.

oops sorry didnt see it posted lol

So excited to hesr it tho, can't wait to hear the sugababes last songs

I don't get why people say Sugababes are no more. Because if 3.0 were counted as Sugababes and 4.0 has 2/3 of them then surely they are still Sugababes.

If anything Sugababes ended when 1.0 ended. But I don't believe that.

Sugababes are still Sugababes for me.

I became a fan during 2.0, so for me Heidi is an Sugariginal.

And i have grown to adore Amelle. 4.0 gets my support.

But i am gonna really miss K, especially on tour.

For me it's 1/3 Sugababes now, Heidi is also original for me. But Amelle and, of course, Jade... No. The Sugababes will end for me if Heidi leaves.

For me, the Sugababes started when Heidi joined because let's face it, Siobhan never did much good for the band and dropped out after 1 album but when Heidi joined, they actully started getting somewhere. So as long as Heidi's in it, they're still the Sugababes to me.

Just my opinion. :)

EDIT: Arrs, you stole my opinion. :P

Well for me the sugababes are quiche beige and reel gurl. Not just the members though, the personality and attitude that came along with it. When reel gurl left and amelle came in I still saw it as sugababes cos

A) 2 of the sugababes were still there

B) they still had the personality thx to quiche

Now that quiche has left, or I mean kicked out. I don't really see what their point as a group is. With keisha left all the personality and attitude they had. I mean amelle and jade aren't anywhere near as badas beige but still neither is a quiche or a reel gurl.

In conclusion the splendababes are not the sugababes (in my opinion obviously) because

A) they're no where near as talented as they were with quiche or reel gurl

B)they lost the personality and attitude that made the babes who they were

And C

The horrible way in which they've all handled the whole situation with quiche

Quiche, beige, reel gurl? That was confusing.

Anyway, only a few more minutes until the leak. :w00t:

Can someone PM me the link please? I'm on Dundee Uni wi-fi atm and i could do without gettin my internet access cut by hunting for illegal file sharing downloads.

Tho, very weirdly, BitTorrent is working.

It never used to

Can someone PM me too please?
