Shilpa Shetty’s surprise 34th birthday party in London had guest appearances from the Sugababes and Britain’s Got Talent violinists Escala, it has been revealed.

 

The Celebrity Big Brother star’s multi-millionaire finance Ray Kundra held the gathering at his Mayfair penthouse. Shetty’s sister Shamita and 55 close friends were present.

 

Shetty wrote on her blog: "I nearly jumped out of my skin when I saw this girl band walk in. They performed and everyone loved them, my jaw was still open from the shock but never mind that.

 

"It was amazing how Raj pulled it off all on his own and still managed to keep it a surprise, genius!"

 

In a recent interview, Shetty alleged that her Bollywood career was stalled because of her age.
