But fans won't have to wait for that for their next Gaga fix. The diva/provocateur/incendiary-bomb pop star told Rolling Stone that her debut's re-release, The Fame Monster (due November 24th), will include a "ton" of new songs. "I think re-releases are unfair," said Gaga, her mile-long fake lashes practically batting the bangs of her platinum blond wig with every blink. "It's artists sneaking singles onto an already finished piece of work in an effort to keep the album afloat. Originally [my label]only wanted me to put out three songs and now it's much more than that. It's a new album's worth of material."

Gaga, sitting at a table in the New York Palace Hotel's library, says it's a complete coincidence that her album shares a name with her new headphone brand. "It's so funny because I had already written a song for my re-release called ‘Monster' back in March" — three months before she met with Dr. Dre and the Noel Lee, the head of Monster, to discuss the collaboration. "I said, ‘I can't believe you guys are called Monster because I'm obsessed with monster movies right now and I'm kind of obsessing over the decay of the celebrity and the way that fame is a monster in society!' That's what my new record is about, so it was kind of a perfect fit."

8 NEW SONGS :w00t:

Lady Gaga announced today that she will release The Fame Monster, a re-package of her 4 million-selling album The Fame. The album will include the entire breakthrough album The Fame, along with eight entirely new songs. The Fame Monster (Streamline/KonLive/Cherrytree/Interscope Records), deals with the seamier side of fame, as experienced by Gaga over the course of her last history-making year. The new version will be released on November 24, 2009.

Says Lady Gaga, “On my re-release The Fame Monster, I wrote about everything I didn’t write on The Fame. While traveling the world for two years, I’ve encountered several monsters, each represented by a different song on the new record: my ‘Fear of Sex Monster,’ my ‘Fear of Alcohol Monster,’ my ‘Fear of Love Monster,’ my ‘Fear of Death Monster,’ my ‘Fear of Loneliness Monster,’ etc.”

“I spent a lot of nights in Eastern Europe, and this album is a pop experimentation with industrial/Goth beats, 90’s dance melodies, an obsession with the lyrical genius of 80’s melancholic pop, and the runway. I wrote while watching muted fashion shows and I am compelled to say my music was scored for them. I also composed a ballad for the album, ‘Speechless,’ a song for my father, and it’s my favorite work of all. I wrote every piece on the road – no songs about money, no songs about fame. I wrote it for my fans, so I wrote everything in between.”

The first club-banging single, the RedOne-produced “Bad Romance,” will be released in early November. Other collaborators on the new tracks include Teddy Riley, Rodney Jerkins, Ron Fair and Fernando Garibay.

Lady Gaga is also in the process of planning her next tour after her co-headlining tour with Kanye West was canceled last week.

I'm seriously counting down the days for this, Speechless will most probably be a Brown Eyes part two but I sort-of consider No Way as a ballad, just more up-tempo. So by saying the album's going to have one new ballad, surely that cuts No Way out of the picture? ;o Sure hope not. :(

If they just cut out one chorus out of Bad Romance and shorten No Way's outro and extend its intro - it would be immaculate (assuming No Way does make the album). The intro is much more haunting and grabbing than the lengthy outro, which I've started skipping as of recently.

I love Bad Romance being nearly five minutes long! One of those songs I don't really want to end so when it keeps on going it's well good.
Theres gonna be two covers though, so if thats one of them, hopefully the second one is better.

I can do better
