Long way to climb, think the only way she'll get there is if she continually releases music so her back-catalogue is constantly being bumped into the chart. Gucci and C2C 2.0 should help.
Keep in mind that Tapestry, Fearless and Taylor Swift (and the others below) aren't charting, though.

Fearless will not return as Tay has released the new version. That's the easiest one to be overtaken, but 5 months away regardless.

But Fearless can return to the chart as Billboard will count the re-recording separately from the original version

 

However, the original album doesn't seem to be strong enough to return to the chart anyway.
