I remember that Baccara song too, I thought it was absolutely awful! Then again I didn't like their two UK top 40 hits either... I recorded the song from Radio Luxembourg and still have the tape somewhere in the attic. Not played it for many, many years so I don't even know if it would still play. The tape has probably degraded by now...

 

This was the second song to reach the Radio Luxembourg chart in 1978 with the title "Parlez Vous Francais", though the first was titled in English simply as "Do You Speak French" and was by Nite School. I think that had charted just after the new year and was a complete flop on the BMRB chart. It was also an unbelievable corny, awful disco song that is quite laughable!
