Eurgh... if I don't know your song already and it's not instant then sorry but it's highly likely I'm only going to have time to listen to both the semi and the final once each. Still, better than having to use the recap video (which I have done once in the past).

I'm sure there are people who potentially don't even use the recaps to vote. I understand people might not listen to the other semi but I'm sure there have been instances where people have thought about sending songs from semis they were in/finalists. :unsure:

Yes, but there is an issue called time....

 

In BJSC there are usually a hell of a lot of songs I hate. I listen to them all in full but I can usually tell after the first 20 seconds if it's going to be dreadul, and 90% of the time I'm right...

I know what you mean Mark, getting your head around 25+ new songs all in the same week on top of the new music you would regularly here requires devoting quite a bit of time to the contest...

 

I'm alright this week as I'm on holiday but usually I have to boycott listening to anything else in favour of BJSC songs or else I'd never have enough time to listen to them all :heehee:

I must admit that I haven't listened to nearly any of the SF2 songs yet, and I don't always listen to the ones that don't make the final but were in the opposite semi to me... :o

I seem to remember someone trying to send either "T-Shirt" or "Crying Blood" in the contest after they were sent. :thinking:

Ben, could you possibly change the link for my video please!?! Martin said that he couldn't view the MySpace video and I don't know if anyone else has had a similar problem, but I've found it on youtube now anyway

 

I've listened to all the songs, will give the ones I thought were ok another listen tonight. Shockingly, only 7 aren't in contention for points getting rated 5 or less! :drama:

I never listen to the other semi, I don't know why, I can just never be bothered. So, I've never heard some of the songs that exited in SF1 last contest.

I have now voted, that was pretty easy, I liked 9 songs, and I picked one random act.

The same here although I know why. Sadly I can't be here too often (I mean in the BJSC thread), and don't have time and the quietness, silence around me to be able to listen to all the songs carefully also in the other semi final :(

neither do I, whatever gets through to the final, than I listen to the tracks that makes the final. kills half the time that way.

To be fair, the worst I've done is listen to the recap video of the other Semi (that I'm not in) to get a flavour of what I like/dislike in it.

 

But obviously when it comes to the Final I often listen to the opposing Semi Finalists more to even things up.

 

That why I don't vote until Friday evening at the earliest for the Semi & Finals to maximise the amount of time I can listen to these tracks.

I will probably listen to all the SF2 entrants on Friday. I almost voted yesterday, but I'm glad I didn't because I've listened again to a lot of the songs I wasn't going to vote for and to be honest I've changed my mind completely :drama:
