December 5, 200915 yr Aah I really need to get back into watching this. I've seen the first 6 episodes but thats pretty much it - really liked it tbh, an extremly interesting plotline. Shame the viewing figures dont seem to be agreeing with this...
December 5, 200915 yr Now, Bones.... I really believe that this show has become SO dull and predictable over the past couple of seasons, it's honesly gotten to the point where I've twigged who the killer is in about the first 15 minutes tbh..... And, frankly, I'm just getting a whole lot more irritated by this whole Mulder/Scully "ohh, will they or wont they....." thing..... JUST FUKKIN' HIT THE SACK AND SHAG EACH OTHER ALREADY....... Good crime plots (as was evidenced in the first two seasons) appear to have been sacrificed in favour of too much dull, soapy "relationship" cr@p..... I adore Bones. It's not a strictly a crime show tbf. The character development is amazing and i love the story lines. I too [along with a lot of Bones fans] wish they'd get together. [They did in the season 4 finale but it was a coma, so doesn't count and has allowed Hart Hanson and co another while before they get to that point] The plots are still as good as ever [i love the grave digger plot, supposedly we were set to be getting the grave diggers trial in ep6 of season 5. Dunno whats happened to that] you might love the 100th ep when it airs later this year. It's going to be a flash back to their first case together. The one that they cite in the pilot as the reason Brennan didn't wanna work with Booth again. Should have more inkeeping with S1 & S2
December 5, 200915 yr I agree with Ryan - the mid-season finale was the best yet. Great ending. Loved the twist with Demitri and Mark(?).
March 19, 201015 yr Author Won't give spoilers but wow. Fantastic double bill return! So many answers but new questions. Really great comeback.
March 22, 201015 yr OMG, those were the best 2 episodes I've seen, so many answers and what Ryan said above, more questions. :D
March 22, 201015 yr Ratings were terrible, now down to the 6mil range. I think this will be it's only season tbh
March 23, 201015 yr Those 2 episodes were pretty good. What the show needed really. The last few episodes before the hiatus were generally rubbish so I'm not surprised no one's tuning back in.
April 12, 201015 yr 5.5m last week in the US. falling to 5.3m for the second half hour. It started out with over twice that. with 12.4 in it's premier. The shows f***ed, IF it gets a second season don't expect a 3rd.
April 16, 201015 yr Author Possibly few US pace spoilers! I'm glad I'm sticking with the show tbh. I'm still enjoying it - few plot holes and stuff but overall it's not as bad as some make out IMO. Still not sure how I feel about the revelation about the mole - but it was a shocker that's for sure! Next week's ep - US pace - looks good. Hopefully wrap up the Demetri/Dyson March 15th story!
April 16, 201015 yr A little bit of news which I read from a sci-fi mag, some of the show fore runners have been given the boot, there seems to be a re-hash of the production crew on the cards, with this in mind there is probably a season 2 in the pipeline, but nothing else on how long season 2 will last could be half a season to end the series altogether. Personally I'm still enjoying the series.
April 17, 201015 yr Last nights ratings in the US: Survivor: Heroes v. Villains lead a CBS ratings win on Thursday, but all CBS news wasn’t good as CSI went low, to just a 3.1 adults 18-49 rating. ABC finished at the back of the pack and Flash Forward kept falling, down 12% to a 1.4 adults 18-49 rating. FF was beaten (for the first time?) by the CW’s Vampire Diaries in the adults 18-49 ratings. Even in victory, CBS was down on the night, from last week’s 3.5 overall adults 18-49 average. Survivor was stable, but CSI tumbled 11% from its 3.5 adults 18-49 rating last week. Overall, Fox was up 0.2 adults 18-49 ratings points on the night, but the increase was all Fringe, as Bones was flat vs. last week with a 2.8 adults 18-49 rating. Fringe was up 4% from last week to a 2.4 rating. While the CW congratulates itself on the 8pm 18-49 win vs. ABC, Vampire Diaries was still down a tenth of a ratings point in women 18-34 (to a 2.3 rating in the W18-34 demo). Supernatural was steady from last week in the women 18-34 demo with a 1.4 rating. The Saturday Night Live in the 2000s (could they have come up with a more ungainly title?) special for NBC did quite well with a 2.9 adults 18-49 rating. April 18, 201015 yr It's meant to be getting really good again, but I cba to start watching it. Is 100% going to get cancelled.
April 18, 201015 yr Author ^ There's a chance it won't surprisingly! E! Online's Kristin said: "There is most definitely a chance FlashForward will be renewed, because it actually does fairly well overseas and doesn't haemorrhage as much money as you'd think." "This is a rare case where a low domestic performer could get a surprise pickup."
April 18, 201015 yr It depends on V thought. I know for a fact that ABC will only pick up one of FlashForward or V next season. I wouldn't be suprised if they dropped both.
April 19, 201015 yr ^ There's a chance it won't surprisingly! E! April 28, 201015 yr Author Ok FlashForward is on top form right now! Bless them setting up the show until 2016 :kink:
April 29, 201015 yr last week in the US it clawed back viewers for the first time. It was up to 5.5m and a 1.6 share for the night.
April 30, 201015 yr Author Oo had a feeling Janis would be a double agent! I really like Olivia away from Mark. Intrigued as to where the Gabriel stuff is going. Aaron's storyline still the only one I'm not really that into.
