Little Boots is under performing which is a real pity as I personally think she is vastly superior to La Roux.

 

Indeed The Word magazine reviewed both artist's debut albums and compared Little Boots debut to Human League's Dare album as a blockbusting pop album & compared La Roux's debut to the Human League's underwhelming follow up Hysteria.

 

However Little Boots record company have done their best to unwittingly sabotage their own act by not releasing Stuck On Repeat or Meddle in January or February this year to grab the momentum first.

 

Then releasing a truly awful video to support the first proper single New In Town whilst turning her image into an upmarket Diana Vickers.

 

A shame. A real shame.

Happily for me, 'muchos insert emotion here' is a common phrase which doesn't require a literal translation, whereas using 'your' when you mean 'you're' is just a common mistake. To think you claimed high intelligence.

You never know New In Town may have a slow start ala In For The Kill (11-11-7-4-2-)? I do agree it's a damn shame they didn't release Stuck On Repeat.
