With Beyonce's father as a manager, the group garnered massive success with their 2001 album, SURVIVOR. Soon Beyonce, sporting a sexy yet girl-next-door image, broke out on her own, with major roles in the Austin Powers movie GOLDMEMBER, a hip-hop version of the opera CARMEN, and her star turn as a Diana Ross-esque diva in the film DREAMGIRLS. With the release of her more eclectic solo albums and acting roles, Beyonce became a full-fledged international superstar and role model. It has been rumoured that after her 2008 marriage to rap mogul Jay Z, Beyonce would be performing and recording less and focussing on A&R work. - HMV Video here: track listing 1. Halo 2. May 24, 200916 yr Beyonce's songs from IASF (that I've heard) so far: IIWAB - boring and awful. SL(PAROI) - an absolute disgrace, doesn't even classify as a song Halo - like it Diva - pile of crap, but not as bad as SL Ego - god crap damn it, how bad can you get? Also note that four of these revolve around repetition of the title. Edited May 24, 200916 yr by B-rye
May 24, 200916 yr It's all good, I think Quarter finals is a realistic target for Murray. Anyway, back to the charts :kink: I think he has a tough run but he could get to the semis. I had a dream that Nadal loses in the first round of both Wimbledon and Roland Garros and both finals were Murray - Djokovic with Djokovic winning the French and Murray Wimbledon.
May 24, 200916 yr Author Beyonce's best single from this era by a long shot. Not like that was exactly hard though. I agree completely. Still love Halo
May 24, 200916 yr Author Good record from E.O.T.S. does remind me MGMT maybe because of the outfits they wear in the clip. Also, sad to hear that Hit40UK is getting the ax real soon. May 24, 200916 yr I think he has a tough run but he could get to the semis. I had a dream that Nadal loses in the first round of both Wimbledon and Roland Garros and both finals were Murray - Djokovic with Djokovic winning the French and Murray Wimbledon. Well, Nadal is slightly off colour and he did lose his warm up match, but I don't think he'll do that badly :P

May 24, 200916 yr Exactly, Miley really should not sing ballads. This song highlights how bad her voice really is. More 'See You Again's and 'Fly On The Wall's please.
May 24, 200916 yr Still cant believe Star Pilots missed the top 20. :( What a great dance song & amazing video.
