She confirmed the album title in an interview on BBC 1Xtra a few weeks ago and in an E-mail from her official website today:

 

"As a long time Beverley Knight fan we want to give you a head start on buying tickets for her most intimate gig in years at London’s ICA on September 3rd. At the one off show Beverley will be previewing songs from her new album "100%", due out on Sept 14th, alongside favourites from across her career.

 

*We will very shortly be announcing Beverley's "100% UK tour" for November, however the London show for that tour will not be until 2010."

 

As for the single, I think she confirmed it at the Hampton Court Festival on stage, but here is a conversation with her and a fan over Twitter (which is definitely real) if that counts?:
