I too heard the rumours of mel c and geri releasing greatest hits but there doesnt seem to be anything happening, with Emma appearing on dancing on ice as judge she may well release a greatest hits and take advnatage of dancing on ice exposure.

EMI said last year that there was currently no plans for a Geri Greatest Hits, however a greatest hits was planned for her but Geri wouldnt promote so EMI didnt go ahead. As for Melanie C cant see a greatest hits to soon, well unless Virgin issue their own because Melanie's much more interested in new stuff and cant see her doing a cash in, tho it would more that likely bomb anyway.

 

 

One day they'll stick a Geri and Mel C greatest hits out!

I'd probably buy an Emma one, a Geri one, maybe even a Mel C one. Mel B though - I can download her 4 singles myself :heehee: I do hope they all release one eventually - especially Emma!

I think Mel C and Geri would be the most justified in having one.

melanie c, she needs another hit in the uk 1st though.

Imagine if they did a double cd solo hits! I'd pass out! I only hope that whoever does release one either does it BIG with single and promo or budget and low key. Until then I got my SoloSpice playlist on my iPod :-)

I'd also get Emmas. I don't have any of her albums but i love all of her singles.... And Geris :lol:

 

I can't see Scary of Posh having greatest hits. Victorias would be more of a CD Single :P

I wonder with EMI going down the $h!tter, will they sell of any of their music rights. Tho im sure the Spice Girls back catolgue would sell for the highest price, id love if Melanie C bought Virgin out for the rights to Northern Star and Reason! Then we could get a limited reprint of each album on RedGirl Records! Ah!

ya id love her to get her hands on that material so she could do what she wants with it, im sure her not owning it will eventually lead to some greatest hits difficulties if she wants to release one.

I wish Victoria had released more solo stuff as what she did release was, IMO, better than anything released by the other solo Spices. I might consider buying a Geri GH album but none of the others.

I suppose alot of fans would also double a cd of all the solo stuff together, i know it will never happen as they all have/had different record labels but imagine a solo greatest hits combined from all their solo singles.

Another solo geri album/single or doesnt excite me at all if thats what she is doing, i just cant warm to geri;s solo career at all and i never did for some reason.

Her last two albums were so good and deserved so much more in the UK

Well within the year i would say we will deff be seeing a Melanie C album, Melanie B is also recording but she changes her mind about this every week so whether her album is gonna see the light of day who knows.

 

Its also been confirmed that Melanie C has recorded vocals on a song with Rev Run 'Walk This Way' i would think this is for something hes releasing.

Its confirmed that Geri is back in the studio, but its not known what shes doing yet.

 

The return of Geri would be epic :heart:

If Geri does music again i could see it being a huge flop.
