As of today, just 5 days to wait. :D

It would seem someone had a good time in Manchester last night (apparently the girl won the tickets and M&G through Key103) :naughty:

Had a brilliant time at the meet and greet (the girls who went in before us were a scream getting Will to write saucy messages in a xmas card and the photo she had with Will was not the usual pose

About the meet and greet..........As we walked in the room

Will said he remembered seeing Lee beforethen he said he also remembered seeing me before.

We gave Will chocolates(and Lee's sticky toffee pudding)and a cheque for the Mood foundation.

Rupert was sitting in the room watching tv he said he would be out collecting for The Mood foundation later so we posted the cheque in his collecting bucket(he's rather gorgeous isn't he

Will said next time he sees me he will be cross with me if I havn't rested my voice and done my vocal excecises to try to get my voice back.

Only 9 days until I see him!

Was just saying to suggy last night in Manchester that I thought you were going to Bristol Matt. Believe me you are in for a treat. His voice is better than ever & he so owns that stage. Oh and the tight trousers are worth going for alone.

Just brought my review over from Devoted.

How does he just keep getting better. Saw for myself last night what the Aberdeen reviewer meant by Will living his songs. There really is no other male vocalist out there that comes anywhere near him for talent. Favourites songs of the night All Time Love, Tell Me the Worst, Grace, Hopes & Fears to my surprise Evergreen. :o Was in the stalls & everyone there was on their feet from the moment Will bounded on the stage. Had to jig around a bit to see & had a couple of very drunk girls next to me but it didn't spoil my enjoyment too much, apart from them talking through one or two of Will's ballads. :( Although, from what I could see, most seemed to remain seated in the circle during the gig, it made me feel so proud to see everyone on their feet at the end, giving Will the standing ovation he deserved. It was a mutual love in last night, Will loves Manchester & Manchester certainly loves Will. :yahoo:

God those jeans are a sight to behold, pure filth! but so attention holding for a sweet lady like me.:naughty: I'm on such a high still, I love that man to bits and judging by the audience's standing ovation at the end I'm not on my own.

Thanks for the piccy TT - sorry to see he's cut his quiff but it's probably easier for him to keep in check while he's on tour.

It's all about the music

Loved everything about last night. :D Sat in the side balcony so had a great view of the stage & the whole theatre. Will was on top form & really fed off the audience. There was so much love for Will in Newcastle, nearly all his songs sang along too, people dancing  & exchanges of banter with him. His face just kept beaming, :D showing just how happy he was to be so apppreciated for what he loves doing best. Love the rapport he has with band, particularly Dave, who was a bit of an audience favourite. Will ad libbed at his best to include this in his band introductions.

Took a few pics & clips, which aren't great but I'm happy with them. At one point Will seem to stand & pose for me & flashed Ros a lovely smile. He's such a love

Thanks TT, glad you had a great time on your home turf, all the audiences have been so up for it on the tour haven't they?

you can really feel the genuine love and affection for him. can you post any of your pics up Gill? if not you'll have to show me them when we meet up again.

My turn last night at Hammersmith.

He blew me away

His vocals were strong and clear - especially when he was singing his two covers with Dave and not having to compete with 'other' musical instruments.

It was great hearing the 'oldies' and the long note in Y&I was bloody awesome. Grace ROCKED!!!!!! A fella called to him "Go Will" and he had his back to us getting a drink but he raised his arm in triumph - and Hopes and Fears and Tell Me the Worst were fab..u...lous. Everyone singing along with WAI, LMF, ATL and of course Evergreen. I sang along with everything

I couldn't catch everything he was saying as, I suspect, neither did some others up in the blacony. He did a little skit with a mimic voice when Dave was first on. It was very funny but it fell a bit flat and he seemed to think it didn't go down as well as it did at Newcastle. .

The front row of the balcony where we were in Block 10 was empty for pretty much all the time before Will came on and then my husband nudged me and we saw his parents sit down there. 6 seats to our left in the front row were also empty right until the last minutes before 9 and then 6 youngsters came and sat down. I wouldn't swear to it but I have a feeling they were Will's friends. Just a feeling, nothing more. So that would explain why that particular row never came up for sale. It was obviously being held back for rellies.

I have to say something about Phantom Limb. I quite enjoyed them at Audley and did mention at the time that Yolanda tended to get a bit screechy. Last night she excelled herself. I was quite looking forward to them but, even though she started off in quite a good clear strong voice, she very quickly escalated into, for me, unpleasant screeching. With nowhere for her vocals to dissipate as they did in the open at Audley they were rebounding off the walls. Such a shame really.

That aside the evening was unforgettable and I'm so pleased we are going to two more  . As we've said - once is never enough.

At the end he got a well-deserved standing ovation and his face was one big smile

I saw a girl in the foyer beforehand with a single rose and I noticed she gave it to him later. He said no one sends me flowers and proceeded to try and sing the song You Don 't Send me Flowers but got it wrong. I think that's when he said "Well I f***ed that one up" - He also got a bunch of red roses from another fan too.

Oh and I bought an apron  and another cd. I was going to burn off my download but they were there so thought what the heck :P I should think they will go towards his chart because I got a proper HMV receipt. I was surprised when I saw them but the penny soon dropped that they own the Apollo so they can sell their merchandise there. Hope he sold lots.

Oh just thought of something else. When he was introducing the band he came to Dave last and said that he had been ill the day before and sang that he'd had the runs - and could we imagine the mess it would make on the white floor - poor Dave. :o . :friends: Oh and he name-checked all the behind the scenes people too - he never leaves anyone out does he.

Can't wait for the week after next - Brum on Tuesday and Oxford on Thursday and that's me done then.

And, apparently, he did ...... the next night. How very dare he

Saw Will last night in Bristol with my friends. He was AMAZING! So funny and charismatic

The playlist was brilliant too - I was so happy when he sang Love The One You're With as I was not expecting it at all! The songs with the pianist were stunning, especially the cover of Everybody Wants To Rule The World and All Time Love.

I even liked Evergreen at the end!
