Kylie Minogue will reunite with Xenomania for her next album, it has been claimed.

The singer previously worked with the production and writing team on her 2005 top ten single 'Giving You Up', which appeared on the previous year's Ultimate Kylie compilation.

A source told The Sun: "Kylie has been a huge fan of Xenomania for ages.

"Kylie wants to come back with a bang. Her last album, X, sold quite well but it wasn't the triumphant return to form many people hoped for."

They added: "By working with Xenomania she hopes she can create a really coherent album which will connect her right back to the pop market."

The team have reportedly been asked to contribute six tracks, with the remainder of the record to be penned by songwriter Nerina Pallot.

Other artists linked to Minogue's 11th studio album include Paula Abdul and Frankmusik.

I read this in the sun aswell as on digital spy and in the sun it said with girls aloud taking a break Xenomania would have more free time and how kylie;s loves the recent work they did with girls aloud, i really hope she does work with them for the album as i think they could come up with some great material and makes the 11th studio album far more killer than X.

this is the best news about the album so far

Giving You Up is a storm of a track, hopefully 3 or 4 tracks by them

they've done wonders with girls aloud, so i'm really looking foward to see with they can cook up for kylie!!

i loved giving you up and i have loved their work with girls aloud, i agree this is by far the best news we have heard about the album so far
I'm indifferent with this news, cannot knock Xenomania's work, but I hoped Kylie would work with more fresh-faced procuders. 'X' was, all in all, a shoddy album.
Pleased about this but 'Giving You Up' was nothing special really.

I loved giving you up and really enjoyed on the showgirl tour, i prefer it to i believe in you (which i also like alot)

I think Kylie's next (upcoming) album will be the album X should have been, i think the new album is gonna be great

I wish she'd include some of them leftover tracks on the next one. Magnetic Electric, Rippin' Up The Disco etc

Those were both iTunes bonus tracks for X though, I doubt they'd be able to use them. Those along with 'Fall For You', 'Do It Again', 'Carried Away', 'Cherry Bomb' etc were all worthy of an inclusion on X, if they'd have replaced those with a few out of place sounding tracks on the album it would have been perfect. It's just whoever from her label chose the tracklist is a retard. -_-

Hopefully they'll record tracks of the same quality if not better and get the tracklisting right this time.

i don't think any X left overs will make this album, i think kylie is keen to make this album better than X as she was disappointed bu X herself and i think she knows some critics and fans were also. i'm expecting a killer comeback with this album
Sounds good..I would like to see her work with brothers in rhythm and the sister sisters again. Also, another new track with the freemasons would be good and this time they should release it as the first single, not leave it until the 4th.

Im not so sure about the freemasons i did like their remix of the one but now time has passed i much prefer the album version by far now
Xenomania are amazing when it comes to pop, I still love "Giving You Up" and the work they've done for Girls Aloud and The Sugababes is amazing. I think if one of their songs get released it'll give Kylie a massive hit, possibly a number one
