I Agree but anything is better than "Girls" the sugababes could not get any worse than that. i too was hoping for a song like about you know which is my fav song from them along with round round.

My opinion exactly at the minute, I hope it will grow.

Finally they are back (after two crappy albums) ! Its about time aswell number 1 for sure.

 

I think they needed a new sound and this is fresh and current.

I think we won't have Sugababes stuff a-la 'Three' (the most Sugababesy album IMO) anymore. Old-school fans have now only one choice: to like new route of music or not to like... It's not good but it's not also bad because the things keep changing all the time so do the music bands.

 

Now they are almost 100% mainstream and that's what they need to right now because without screamy hit like this and well-selling album they might just dissapear which will obviously be the loss.

 

As for me, I'm really keen on this now, it is written to be massive! :)

It's grown quite a lot now ^_^ can't wait to dance to it LOL

I really like it but don't find myself wanting to have multiple repeat listens. I've clocked up 5 listens on iTunes and already moved on to other songs. Usually I repeat new songs over and over when I first get them.

Ok, so the HQ improves my view as always! Anyone else think the riff, particularly in the chorus sounds a bit like "Let it Rock" by Kevin Rudolf and 'Lil Wayne?

It does feel like it has the X-factor to hit no1. I never felt Girls had that even though it was catchy and radio loved it, giving it massive exposure.

I hope they combine physical and digital release, bands who've done that more recently have really maximised 1st week sales, rather than the 4-point trickle feed of release that was Girls. It may get good overall sales that way, but position suffers imho

Actually hearing the full version I don't like it. Its a botched attempt at success to cash in on what's the current sound at the moment after a well, flop last album. The chorus to be honest, is f***ing awful.

 

It'll do well just cos it's what's popular at the moment, but this style of song has been done hundreds of times before - and hundreds of times better imo.

I love the beat of this song, but i agree the lyrics are meh...but the babes seem really excited about this song and are really excited for people to hear it according to their twitters, so if they are happy with this song then i'm happy with it.

Awful. :/ I mean, it's catchy enough I suppose, but the lyrics are really horrid. And they pretty much kill any chance this song had to be good.

 

Disappointing, though it's not like I ever expected the Sugababes to be up the caliber of their Angels With Dirty Faces era again.
