shocking news that 2 german shepard police dogs were left in a car on tuesday, they died. the case is being investigated by the rspca, i hope the officer/s concerned are prosecuted as you or i would be.

^ Wouldn't it be just so bloody ironic if these coppers were to get done for causing the deaths of a couple of dogs, and yet no one goes to trial for killing Jean Charles de Menezes.....? <_<

 

 

In fairness, they probably weren't 'left to die' ... from what I've heard (which is limited), they were in the car which was hot and precautions weren't taken. Obviously an incredibly stupid thing to do, and they should be more sensible than to let this happen. But, it wasn't intentional, malicious or cruel like it's being implied. But that doesn't make it okay, of course not - they should be treated like any other idiot who let this happen.

Animal cruelty is horrific. If someone has no care for the life of a Dog, whats to say they care about a fellow human?

Dog handlers should have known better. They should be transferred out of the dog section immediately and should face the same investigation any other dog owner would.
