It's true, you Scots and Irish are quite similar linguistically..... :) :)

 

It's more than that. I go to Ireland and feel totally at home. Not foreign at all. The people are just Scots with a slightly different accent I think. :lol:

oh I did - we sang Mull of Kintyre and the Skye Boat song too ..... think there was a Scottish theme for the choir that year <_<
