Posted July 16, 200915 yr Calvin Harris to work with Kylie again Monday, July 13 2009, 13:20 BST By Daniel Kilkelly, Entertainment Reporter Rex Features Calvin Harris has announced that he will collaborate with Kylie Minogue again next year. The music producer, who worked on Minogue's tenth studio album X, confirmed that he expects to team up with the popstar after completing work on his planned song with Katy Perry. Harris told MTV News: "I'm going out to work with Katy in December, oh and Kylie early next year - I can't wait!" The 25-year-old added that he dreams of securing a project with Robbie Williams in the future. He commented: "I would love to work with Robbie, you never know! One day perhaps." Harris releases his new single 'Ready For The Weekend' next month.
July 16, 200915 yr If it's half as good as 'In My Arms' I will be one happy bunny. 'Carried Away' was excellent too, 'Heart Beat Rock' less so... I'm quite interested to see what he comes up with for Katy Perry as well actually.
July 16, 200915 yr Author In my arms has grown on me alot especially since she started performing it live so i would like if they came up with something like that again, it will be interesting to see what they come up but i hope this album can be consistant which is something X wasnt.
July 17, 200915 yr I wasnt that fussed about "In my arms"...but I like some of Calvin Harris's solo material.
July 17, 200915 yr Author I dont love in my arms as much as some fans do, the studio version is ok but the song came alive for me live.
July 18, 200915 yr Kylie should work with Red One... (Gaga producers) that's the only way to save her career.....
July 18, 200915 yr I hardly think Kylie is in the position that her career needs to be "saved". Yeah it didnt do huge numbers in Europe. But to say her career needs to be saved is a bit of an exageration.
July 18, 200915 yr Kylie should work with Red One... (Gaga producers) that's the only way to save her career..... The point about needing her career saved has already been addressed, but RedOne has been the 'bandwagon' since the start of the year... he'll be old news by the time Kylie next releases stuff. Working with Timbaland didn't exactly do Madonna wonders now did it?
July 18, 200915 yr Author Nah, i don't think Kylie should go down that road and in general kylie does not follow a trend
July 19, 200915 yr Working with Timbaland didn't exactly do Madonna wonders now did it? Well it did get her another number one  But Kylie and Timbaland would be awful imo, I wouldn't like that at all. Edited July 19, 200915 yr by Chris_2k9
July 19, 200915 yr Well it did get her another number one  But Kylie and Timbaland would be awful imo, I wouldn't like that at all. But the album didn't do brilliantly, and it lost her a whole lot of respect and credibility. :P I wasn't suggesting Kylie would work with Timbaland, just saying how RedOne is the current 'in' thing like Timbaland was 2/3 years ago, and that bubble will burst by the time Kylie comes around again.
July 19, 200915 yr Author i would hate kylie to go down the timbaland route, but i know she wont im sure kylie will work with someone new aswell
July 27, 200915 yr I'm glad she's working with Calvin Harris again, he's a good pop producer and she isn't bandwagoning with RedOne which is good. By the time she gets to release the next album that style might be sounding quite dated.
