I love pretty much everythin tbh. Je Suis Une Dolly is a stunning track and i am very much anticipatin the album

just listened for the first time...

 

I don't mind their style of singing or their image, and liked Je Suis Un Dolly, I find Gold Digger a bit plain though, not bad but a bit dated/early 00's, a bit bargain bin, and really not that memorable, a la third era Clea if you like :lol:

 

where have all of these new girl bands popped up from all of a sudden? record companies are so predictable, The Saturdays finally show that a new girl group can break the Sugababes/Girls Aloud stranglehold of the British market and suddenly a whole raft of others pop up a year later

I think because you're American you don't hear a difference in accents, just like most British people won't hear the different accents that Americans have.

They sound British to you, but because we can differentiate the accents, they sound like Chavvy northerners.

I can. ;o I mean not very well but I can tell when people are from different areas of the UK. Couldn't label where though. Either way, it seems like people keep hating on them because of their accents and where they come from? Which I don't think is a really good excuse...and it just seems to me that a lot of people on BJ tend to love British artists who sing without an accent. Like, I could not tell the Saturdays were from the UK if I had just heard one of their songs. No accent whatsoever. ;( And I personally love the Dolly Rockers' accents. ;3 Wherever they come from. Adds ooomph to the song.
