The Kooks deserve so much higher than just a mere Top 10 possition... and I really hope Pussycat Dolls don't climb! It'd be cool to see Shakira finally topping the charts too, but like I said on other threads, she might make it when she performs at the WC... although it'd be great if she did top before.

Not a bad chart by the look of it. Really hope the Pussycat Dolls don't climb, but it'd be great if Shakira climbed to number one. Nelly Furtado has had a decent run at number one but a month would be good as well. So yeah, Nelly or Shakira for number one this week.

 

Surprised to see Lostprophets number one album! Well done to them though.

Hopefully this week it will happen. I always wondered why the morons from her label didn't release WW

one week earlier - it would have easily outsold pestlife (which is always added bonus).

I hope the chart doesn't stay like this. One thing, if Pussycat Dolls don't do better it means sales are VERY low once again -_- And the way it's going, The Kooks will be robbed of a Top 5 position :arrr:

Ne Yo should not be higher than The Kooks. Its an awful song :(

Now that's a good track, actually you can download the track, I have put a web link, in the update for members who haven't heard of The Long Blondes and Cord. Even the Cord track is pretty good and its the first time today I heard it.

If Kelly C isnt in the report, its very likely she isnt Top 20. The report Mikey kindly potst only includes the new entries that Music Week deem notable. This means that Kelly's 6th single isnt notable and probably between 40 and 20. We may find out more later in the day or the week, so be patient! :D

Actually 7th, 8th if you count both of the double A singles.
