I feel an urge to watch this solely for Paul Wesley, is it any good?

I'm getting quite into it. It really starts to pick up after the first few episodes.

 

There's a definite TheWB/TheCW streak through it and I'm all over that shit.

I loved S1 & S2, then it started to go downhill. Still watch it, but its more hatewatching now most of the time :lol:

Better than True Blood? :lol: I kinda liked that in a "oh look Ryan Kawnten's naked again" kinda way.

No. It's a bit more soapy and CW than True Blood. Not that that is a bad thing, just that True Blood really is a bloody good show.

Giving this a go, once you get past Ian Somerhalder's serial killer face, it's pretty good.

Is this still going on, I gave up after Series 3.

I love this show! :heart: Going into it I didn't expect much but I was surprised with how addicted I became. Also I looove Lexi, why did Damon have to kill her, she was so good for Stefan :angry: I haven't watched season 7 because it's STILL not on UK netflix but I'm not sure how good it's going to be without Elena anyway..
