But end of this decade is in Saturday, so Cheryl could be peak. I think this list is incorrect:

36: Killing In The Name - Rage Against The Machine (1993)

37: The Climb - Joe McElderry (2009)

RATM didn't sell more than Joe. In my opinion this list is after Christmas week+their predictions.

Rage Against The Machine had sales before the week it reached #1. Its download has been selling in slow time since 2004. The sales included for the end of the decade was up to 27th December.
The sales included for the end of the decade was up to 27th December.

So if we will count correctly (the end of the decade on Saturday) Cheryl will be even higher :cheer:

It's a bit of a moot point because the OCC and Radio 1 unveiled a Top 100 officially with sales up to 27th Dec! It's not exactly incorrect cutting at that date.
Must've sold over 30k this week with florence selling 30.8k at #13, brilliant some 11 weeks after release. The only problem is that its eclipsing 3 words
fight for love is not that great do not understand how it sold so well rather bad boys by alexandra burke , russian roulette by rhihana and doesnt mean anything by alicia is much better
It sold well because it is ANNOYINGLY catchy!

It is wrong i'm still not bored with this?

I still have it on constant repeat.

I think it was always going to, brilliant bit of catchy R and B pop with plenty of hype. People say she only sold well because of The X Factor but GA performed both CTS and TP on the show yet neither sold as well as this has. 292,000 first week sales vs. 80k for The Promise, well over a 3x difference

It's hillarious people say it was all down to X Factor when it was at #1 on iTunes before the performance.
The single would have done well, x factor just gave it a boost like it did for all the other acts who perfromed.

Thanks to Outlook:

Cheryl Cole sales:

33 'Fight For This Love' - 9,997 (TD: 770,249)
