Tate McRae - So Close To What
Had this on repeat all day, a really strong album however it's ok i'm ok and Sports car are still the highlights for me! From the album tracks my highlight is definitely 'purple lace bra' but also loooove 'Signs', 'Revolving Door', and 'Means I care'. Still a great album and there's no real duds for me, but I have to say I think I still prefer THINK LATER overall, even though that opinion seems to be unpopular!

Capital FM Jingle Bell Ball 2024
Yeah they clearly spent the entire budget on Coldplay for Saturday and Katy for Sunday. The lineups have got so so much worse in the last few years, there used to be 2 solid headliners and 12 total acts each night and now you get one headliner and 6 fillers. I guess they don't really care as long as it sells out for them, which it did very quickly this year.

Wow what a letdown! I didn't follow the era at all so had heard nothing until I pressed play on the album and I'd say I went in with a pretty open mind, especially since I actually really really liked Smile, but this is really not a good album at all. The lyrics throughout are genuinely diabolical - there's SO many lines where you can tell she's saying the most absolute nonsense just to make it rhyme I'm not even going to put an example because there's too many to choose from. Song ranking: Good: Wonder (the ONE saving grace of this album!!) Average: Woman's World, I'm Him He's Mine, Crush, Lifetimes, All The Love, Nirvana, Truth Bad: Gimme Gimme Hideous: Gorgeous, Artificial

Taylor Swift: The Eras Tour
I got a last minute ticket and went solo to yesterday's show (yes, I went again ) and it was honestly magical, one of the most incredible nights of my life. Because the ticket was so last minute I actually got a box office collection ticket which is such a nice souvenir! Florida with Florence was amazing and so unexpected, I was waiting for WAOLOM to start and got SO confused when she started singing that - the crowd went wild too! Getaway Car with Jack as a surprise song was so so good as well, loved them imitating the creation of the bridge as Tafty said. DBATC was a very full circle moment as that was one of the surprise songs at my first show  and So Long London was such a moment too. The ICDIWABH music video debut was cool too but I'm not sure why she left it to the end as it seemed most people just didn't realise it was happening and left! All in all, between the 5 shows I went to, this show has been the absolute highlight of my year and i've made memories for life! Obviously have some major post concert depression right now but just feel so grateful and lucky to have had these experiences <3 <3

Taylor Swift: The Eras Tour
So found out at 4:30 today that my brother read the 16th as the 19th and our tickets were actually for today  luckily made it for Taylor's set (with literally 9 seconds left on the countdown clock!!). Was so stressful but I had the BEST time as always and cannot wait to do it all again tomorrow! Feel so so grateful <3 Although when she started playing London Boy I was waiting for a mash up and it never came maybe she's saving another epic surprise guest for tomorrow x
