After all nine number 1's this year were taken by female solo artists, it's Beautiful Small Machines with Robots In Love making it to #1. Robots In Love becomes the fourth song this year to enter at #1, after Lily Allen, Taylor Swift and AySel all managed that feat earlier in the year. Kaci climbs an impressive 17 places to land at #2 and Jordin Sparks makes it a fortnight in the top 3, down one this week. Little Boots Remedy continues to hold fort in the top 5 and AySel falls four places after having a record five weeks at the top. #6 goes to Steph Spencer, another new entry, with Computer Sensing Love. #7 is yet another new entry, Lake Heartbeat with Mystery. The new entries continue at #8 with Samsaya and Money. Lenka and Marina and the Diamonds fall, but remain in the top 10. Rabbit Heart falls to #11 as Always leaves the top 10 for the first time since the Eurovision Song Contest at #12, Pixie Lott suffers freefall and rockets 9 places down to #13. La Roux suffers pre-release fall and is down to #14 and Jan Jan is at #15. Little Boots and Agnes are also big fallers this week at #16 and #17 respectively.
