Great to see "the cure" #1 on Spotify the day before album release. Should bode well for the new week to go to #1.

Great album, very consistent. I like every song. My highlights: "stupid song" "maggots for brains" "my way" "the cure" "what's wrong with me" "less" "expectations" "cigarette smoke"

3/3 for the singles - another great song!

Had a look at the GUTS album release and these are the increases for the first two singles: "Vampire" went from 31,032 to 43,651 sales (+~40%) "Bad Idea Right?" went from ~19,500 sales to 34,758 (+~78%) "the cure" did 35,675 and "drop dead" 23,488 last week. The former is down ~13.5% this week based on the mid-week Wednesday sales data which means it should be on track for ~31k come Friday. It looks like sales-wise they'll be in a fairly similar position to the GUTS singles perhaps slightly better. These are the sales for "the cure" based on different % boosts for next week: +40% - ~43.4k +50% - ~46.5k +60% - ~49.6k +70% - ~52.7k It'll need to do at at least ~45-46k to be in with a chance of #1 which it might do comfortably depending on how big a boost the album release gives the song. The other spanner in the work is if Olivia's single she is pushing alongside the album release is a big smash and claims the #1 instead!

Really enjoying "Body to Body" recently. I find this album is their most consistent/best overall, although the highs not as high as some of their previous singles ("Fake Love", "Dynamite", "Boy With Luv", "Permission to Dance", "Butter", "My Universe").

Probably one of my favourite releases of 2026, great song!

I don't think Lady Camden will stomp the first bracket, particularly if there are a range of challenges. Kori will be big competition and Q will give Camden a good run for her money at times as well. Even Lana and Mirage could do really well given the right challenges.

I'm pretty sure "Beauty And A Beat" is at #21 due to Amazon streams (doing fairly well there). It'll fall quite a lot come Friday.

So happy Vivacious was top 2! If she knew the words for the lip sync I low-key think RuPaul would've also gave her the win Whilst I do think Salina should've been top 2 last week I don't think bracket 2 has been that rigged. If anything the game Salina was trying to play came back to bite her. Silky played Crystal and Aura well in the last minute to secure her place. If Salina hadn't tried forming an alliance with everyone and just stuck with April then perhaps she would've gotten April's point over Crystal and it would've been Salina + Silky top 2

Jessie Ware's newest album Superbloom is great. Also Bruno Mars' The Romantic. Hoping Ariana will get the #1 this week. Would be great if we got an Ariana-Taylor-Olivia Rodrigo run at #1 the next few weeks.

Also great to see "Freakin' Out" back in at #200. Hopefully with the heatwave effect dying out it'll re-enter the top 100 singles chart this week. Really hoping we'll get a nice mid-summer clear out with lots of songs going onto ACR/back to ACR after all the resets from last week.

It has a lot more streaming support this week thanks to now being pushed fully as the 2nd single. It was moved to #1 on today's top hits playlist ahead of Ariana for example. Hope "the cure" can get to #1 the week of album release!
