That pretty much is the reason alone though. First week it did ~15 million globally and had good playlisting. Its playlist support started to dwindle. It reached a peak playlist reach of 100 million during release week which has fallen down to ~35 million currently. That's still well above any of the current album tracks. For instance "End of an Era" currently has a playlist reach of ~3.8 million and "Falling Forever" just ~1.4 million. Playlisting plays a massive role in streams, particularly passive streams of album tracks.

Lots of positive things in the speech. One thing I am happy about is the axing of the remaining hereditary peers in the House of Lords. I do wish they would go further in some areas, such as renationalising water companies outright - although that would likely be fairly costly

:o "Birds of a Feather" almost #1 on spotify?! :cheer: Also Charli's "360" reaching a new peak *_* It's been rising really well in the US too (new peak of #47 there), so hoping that may have a positive effect in the UK. Would love it if we see "360" top 20 in the near future. With a possibly large clear out due to ACR it may not be long! Edit: Just noticed "Birds of a Feather" has also climbed to #8 on Amazon after sitting around the ~#20 mark for a while and is also up to #6 on Apple Music where it was sitting around #10 for a while. I'm pretty sure it should have a decent increase this week to avoid ACR. That should mean it'll get a new peak in the chart next week with Eminem's 2nd week drop + "Bar Song (Tipsy)" & "Espresso" likely going to ACR (both are down week on week on spotify every day so far).

Come on "Birds of a Feather"!! *_* It's had a small increase compared to the previous week for both Friday & Saturday. Hope that continues throughout the week to avoid ACR. If it can hold on it may get a #3 or #2 peak with "Espresso" & "A Bar Song (Tipsy)" possibly going on ACR for next weeks' chart (both are down week on week for both Friday & Saturday so far so good chance they will go to DCL-3 and ACR next week). I hope Billie releases a music video for "Birds of a Feather" and signed CDs in a couple weeks as she'll have a good chance at #1 I would think if it does avoid ACR.

So happy to see this go silver :wub: Third song from the album to be certified at least silver! It's pretty much been a staple in & around the top 100 of the Amazon chart since album release (currently #91) which has likely helped its trickle streams/sales. :cheer:

That would be such a great clear out! We also have Eminem helping this week with his album by redirecting some streams and also to help boost the market so a lot of songs will find themselves more easily declining faster than the market. Although I do hope "Birds of a Feather" manages to hold on. If it did I could see it finally going top 3 the week after Eminem's album bomb. Billie has been doing some promo rounds on youtube. Hoping she may drop a music video for "Birds of a Feather" midweek maybe (almost 0% chance of that happening tbh).

Ye, plus it didn't get much playlist support so being top 100 now is a decent start. Youtube video views aren't as big as I thought they would be. Will need to see how it does on spotify but it may actually struggle to debut Top 40 unless it gets added to some playlists mid-week (HHUK normally updates Monday so hoping Katy is added then).

:cheeseblock: Doing much worse than I thought it was going to do. It had almost 120k likes in 2 hours last night. To then barely do another 120k in the following 17 hours... Video certainly stalled quite quickly in gaining views/likes. Top 100 on Apple Music UK now at least. Although she does have 17? Eminem songs ahead of her, so that's hurting it a bit. Still think it's really catchy and can still become a decent hit. Hoping we'll see the song pick up more support on streaming services. Katy's one of the most streamed females artists montly on the likes of spotify and the level of support for this is kinda shocking. Although I am holding out for the later addition to playlists like HHUK when they update on Monday. Considering the level of hype/build up/budget and even talks of it being a comeback on the level of Mariah's Emancipation of Mimi... Of course it's only day 1 so hopefully it'll manage to pick up and do well long-term.

I don't believe so. HHUK updated a bit before the song was released. Most of the time it updates again on Monday so expect that's when Katy will be added. Song is a total BOP. Great video to go with it as well. In fact the music video already has over 117k likes in less than 2 hours which is pretty insane for western artists on youtube nowadays. Looks like she'll do big numbers on youtube to help bolster her debut week. :cheer:

Her back catalogue streams are quite high and it looks like the budget/material will be there. I wouldn't be surprised if she's top 5 NMF and added to both TTH & HHUK almost right away.

"Three Lions" going to get a massive boost. Think this is the most excited people have been so far about England! All the pubs/bars were packed today and massive cheers when they won *_* Edit: Already #2 on Amazon and #61 on Apple Music before they won. Interested to see how high it goes on the next updates, particularly Apple Music.

New peaks on spotify again at #67 Global and #35 US. Also enters Australia's top 200 which is a good sign it may enter the UK's soon.

Really enjoy a number of tracks from the album! "HISS", "BOA", "Cobra", "Mamushi", "Otaku Hot Girl" & "Where Them Girls At" are my highlights so far! "Mamushi" is going viral and up to #78 on Global spotify. Hope Megan gets another hit with it!

I wonder if we'll see Megan Thee Stallion - "Mamushi (feat. Yuki Chiba)" chart in the top 200 in the coming days. It's going viral and climbing the spotify charts in numerous countries now and reaches a new peak of #78 on Global Spotify. I'm seeing it being used in a number of reels/videos on youtube & instagram. I assume it's doing the same on TikTok?

I think it depends on where the tories go. If they end up going further to the right under leadership under someone like Suella then I can see the Lib Dems retaining their seats and even gaining more from the tories in 2029 as they will be splitting the far right vote again between themselves and reform. I wouldn't be surprised if reform becomes a bigger force in the next election unfortunately.

So glad they've done this. Also meeting with Junior Doctors next week to negotiate pay rises. Hoping we'll see a lot of good things happening over the next year or two.

Happy to see Truss also losing her seat *_* Glad the conservatives did worse than the exit poll with Labour doing slightly better and Lib Dems doing quite a bit better! I'm feeling quite positive with Labour now in power. They should hopefully amend/change some laws for the better such as removal of voter ID and bettering the rent reform bill. I think Labour will make improvements to people's lives over the next 5 years which will be a nice contrast to things getting continuously worse during the 14 years of conseratives. They will likely only be able to change things slowly though due to being quite restricted financially. I can see them winning again in 2029 if they are able to implement a decent amount of their manifesto, although with a reduced majority. Also I just realised the Greens won 4 seats!!!!! Amazing for them *_* Best results in local elections and now best result in a GE. I hope they continue their growth in the coming years. Would be great to have a consistent chunk of Green MPs in parliament.

Labour gain Ashford from conservatives! :cheer: A 50/50 seat but they won with a decent lead. The conservatives are quickly running out of seats to gain. Most of the Labour/Lib Dem vs Conservative seats are going to the non-con parties *_*
