Meh. Bit of a dull video for a dull song.

I've read a few sources say the LFT results are extremely accurate anyway so I've been taking one pretty much daily for weeks now. It might seem excessive but if you can get the results within minutes why bother ordering one online, waiting for it to arrive, dealing with that awkward packaging and then waiting another 2 days for a result?

I wish I could 'get' Drake and his music but his albums are so f***ing boring for me. He sounds so bored and lifeless half the time and the hooks are forgettable.

It's not 'amazing' on first listen but to be fair my expectations were extremely high after Break Up Song, Sweet Melody and Heartbreak Anthem in the last year. :lol: Jade's diction is so bad.

I feel for Anne Marie missing the top 10 with two consecutive singles featuring big named artists.

How long have they consecutively spent in the top 40 this year? Has it been since Confetti in May until now? Or was Sweet Melody still in the top 40 at that point?

The mask situation is really frustrating. I completely understand it's not a law or anything but I don't understand why people have ditched them so quickly? I went from Glasgow to Manchester at the weekend on the train and I swear I was one of the only people in my carriage with a mask. On the return journey a guy got on at Preston and sat next to me, realised I was wearing a mask and THEN pulled one out of his pocket and finally wore it. At the hotel none of the staff were wearing them (I accidentally set off an alarm in my room and one of them had to come and turn it off and he didn't even have a mask on when he came into my room) and the streets were packed with people from Pride and again, no masks anywhere. Like, I know they're uncomfortable and awkward and nobody LIKES wearing them but how are people able to shift into that mentality when there's hundreds of hospital admissions every day and rising?

Bloody hell, 2021 has been NON STOP for them. :lol: When did they film the video for this? I still (sound like a broken record here) am concerned of overexposure but I guess the Anne-Marie collab hasn't really taken off and Heartbreak Anthem is out of the top 20 now so I imagine there's still a thirst for new LM music. I just can't believe how much material they've released in the last 12 months but not complaining!

Reggaeton Lento was such an easy, instant smash. They were on an absolute roll with Get Weird/Glory Days and they would have made the top 5 with anything they released at that time. I'm still amazed it's amongst their biggest ever sellers though as it's only had one TV performance and reduced to medleys on their setlists (obviously).

What is taking them so long to get back together?

Scotland recorded highest amount of daily cases ever today. Jeez.

'Promo' isn't a thing in the streaming era, especially with Covid. It's just about sending it to radio and adding it to Spotify playlists and seeing if it'll take off. They were never going to travel the world performing this on morning TV/late night talk shows. Worst case scenario was that they had to skip a few radio interviews or refused a couple Zoom 'games' with the track playing in the background.

Apparently Nadine mentioned before a performance recently that Sarah wasn't doing too good lately.

Regarding the video in a bikini does she mean 'Holiday'? As they were all in bikinis for that and I'm sure it was the first work related thing they did after coming out of lockdown?

Seems pretty fair, honestly. The other girls were of the opinion she should leave for her own mental health as well which was interesting, and they're still on good terms and just taking some time away from eachother right now. Hopefully that puts an end to any 'shade' or 'fued' crap fans have ran with.

Let's not forget she also put on her IG story a love heart emoji when the girls won their Brit earlier this year. I doubt there's any sort of real tension or bad blood between them and to Jesy's credit she has done this twice now.

I enjoyed watching her videos for a while until I realised how much better other vocal coaches are at reactions. Nina Schofield goes so in depth to talk about voices and harmonies and for someone who has no musical knowledge (me) it's fascinating to learn all this stuff from her. Georgia is basically just fluff - 'oh I like her dress', 'I'm not sure on this song choice', 'she looks like she's having so much fun' and anytime she tries to replicate a note or a run from a performance she always messes it up and then acts like she could do it any other time. :lol: (Also when I watched her react to Camila's 'Don't Go Yet' I found her pretty disrespectful and insensitive when laughing about the Spanish routines and set ups and it's obvious she doesn't know much about other cultures and just because she thinks something is 'bizarre' and 'weird' doesn't mean it is. The only downside to this is that when they eventually do split/retire from the industry there's probably never going to be another big girl group like them again. :( I feel like with the transition to the streaming era we've lost a TON of girl groups and with X-Factor gone there's no way of producing another Little Mix/Fifth Harmony again. I genuinely feel like they're going to be the last 'big' girl group Britain will see for at least a decade.

I don't even think it would be performed then. They've had so many huge hits and they usually just stick to Wings and Salute for the first two campaigns. I'd love to be proven wrong though.

Situations always make me wonder if it's even worth it financially to shell out for three new artists to give a 20 second verse on an already released song just to push it into the top 10.
