It was a fun episode but I can't see there being much actual drama, tension or anything that makes the civilian series compelling happening with a bunch of celebrities. There's nothing 'really' at stake for any of them as all the money goes to charity and some of them already have pre-existing friendships and public images to maintain so....meh. A celebrity series was inevitable but I'm worried it's just going to jump the shark and kill the building hype and momentum that the previous three regular seasons have done.

Tbh unless it gets added to a Spotify playlist it won't do shit anyway sadly :(

Done a total 180 on this album. The second half has some of the best stuff he's done in years. 'Last Chance With You' in particular is amazing. 'Rain' is stunning too. It's like a sequel to 'Don't Love You No More' with the rain and window lyrics. I actually think 'In Your Hands' is a total bop and 'SOS'/'Leave A Light On' have both grown on me in their 2016 tropi-pop dated glory. I'd say the only dud on the album is probably 'Dominoes' and maybe the Jojo collab which melodically is just a bit too basic for me even though they both sound great,

Maybe a stupid question but if all the tracks get an increase in streams wouldn't that help increase it's chart position? It seems to be doing well everytime an update like that is posted yet it's still falling in the official charts?

I'm guessing they aren't going to push BYBMH as a single then. :/ Or that any of the songs are going to take off on their own?

A top 10 album as well as the top 10 single would be a big win.

Praying Jade is the support act for Taylor Swift at some point. I’d love to see her spend a good chunk of time in America and pushing AOMD everywhere. She’s been vocal about how much Little Mix were robbed of an American hit and she definitely has the work ethic to push something on the Hot 100… Also I saw om Twitter that Lip Service got more streams than any other tracks from the album yeaterday?

They definitely were meant to perform on X-Factor. Little Mix visited them for their Week 7 VT which was the same week The Sats were heavily rumoured to have been booked to perform but got nudged due to Rihanna releasing 'We Found Love'. There would have been no reason for Little Mix to randomly go see them and have it filmed unless they were also going to be performing. I don't think it would have made a massive difference but honestly considering the stuff going on at the time with Frankie in a clinic, Una heavily pregnant, Vanessa apparently having alcohol issues and having to stay with Rochelle and Marvin, their low sales and the fact Little Mix were being primed to be the next big UK girl group it's a miracle that just a year after this they were filming for an E! reality show in America and on track for a huge number 1 single in the UK. They could easily have called it a day after On Your Radar flopped. Their career was so bizarre.

Thanks guys, but I swear the story was that Leigh/Jade confronted her on the SM video shoot about her blackfishing and then she left the group chat on Whatsapp and blocked them after that. Didn't Jesy herself say on her Live with Nicki that it was the video shoot that caused the fall out?

Just a random quick question regarding the timeline of Jesy's departure. It was stated a few times that she left the group after the Sweet Melody music video shoot (which I'm guessing was September/October 2020) but she was still filming The Search and performing on there in October 2020 - Sweet Melody on October 24th and Holiday/Touch on November 6th - so had she already 'fallen out' with them by that point? Or was The Search taped in advance??

Signing (in person, mostly) seems like such an easy way to guarantee sales that I'm surprised more artists don't do it? Or that they only do a couple in release week? I reckon doing constant signings, even after release week, would entice so many casual fans to buy the album just for the sake of getting a selfie that it could probably convert them into genuine fans if they listen to and enjoy the album as well. I guess they are quite gruelling and probably uncomfortable/awkward for the artist though...

I mean, all the Little Mix albums charted in America and she was top 100 for the entire week on Apple and iTunes and sales are still dead even over there so it's not entirely out of the question.

Considering she hasn’t had an international hit those are very impressive chart positions for a debut album!

Little Mix were quite big in Australia but it looks like Angel Of My Dreams didn't even chart there so it is a big surprise she almost went top ten! Hoping to see more chart placements come in soon. Keen to see if she charted on Billboard.
