I was actually expecting Christmas to be a bit higher than this. No doubt will end up in the top 50 of the decade unless people suddenly stop putting his album on repeat every December.

So pleased We Don’t Talk About Bruno has done this well. Has been stuck in my head since early December and still hasn’t got boring/annoying.

Probably the best thing about the new Boba Fett show (so far) is the theme tune. Nice to see it having some impact on here.

I am hoping for a BRITS performance. We haven’t had a live Oh My God performance yet (as far as I am aware), so there is definitely scope for it to get a big boost for those who don’t follow streaming services/bought the album yet. Watermelon sugar showed a song can still blow up post album, though rare. Time will tell.

New Years helping some songs jump back in. Next week will be interesting when those fall back down. Crazy Fleetwood Max are so high on the singles chart. Guessing it is on some ad or is currently big on Tik Tok.

Adele now has the record for most weeks at #1 for a Uk female artist. Also means a guaranteed top 10 single until Oh My God picks up steam. Smart from the label but I also would have preferred they left it. So please WDTAB has blown up like it has, such a catchy song. Totally understand why it sounds odd to those who haven’t watched the film or even the scene. Big highlight from the film. Also pleased for Surface Pressure. Vocals do weaken it slightly but production is great and very relatable lyrics. Seen a lot of comments online from people impacted by the songs themes and relating to that sense of pressure from family/friends/work etc.

To be fair, it would be a good introduction to the characters singing in Surface Pressure and We Don’t Talk About Bruno :P

I am with you there, don’t see the point in manual resets once a song has peaked at #1. People will be bored with Oh My God by the time the label get around to pushing it. You only have to look at Olivia’s Traitor not really benefitting at all by the time the video came out as it had already had its impact on album release. Crazy to think Shivers would be #1 with no ACR at all. Impressive achievement given how long the song has been out for.

Never expected the Bruno song to blow up like it has. Crazy this looks like it will peak higher than Let It Go! Very pleased of course.

Had barely passed the 300k mark as of August 2018 so unless it gets picked up by Tik Tok or something, we got a long wait ahead of us. @diva - Bleeding Love has been a real consistent streaming hit the last few years. Was just under 95 million by the end of 2016 so the vast majority have come from the last 5 years alone.

Same here, doesn't sound dated at all to me and is such a positive song. Always pleased to see it has been remembered well and continues to stream well.

Its total did increase by an extra 2 million on last year still, so if it increases like this again next year, it should be able to overtake it. - A big boost in Walking On Sunshine's streams (more than double last year's numbers). The other two tracks from the soundtrack Leona plays a big part on had declines this year though, so it looks more likely this was to do with its high placement on the 'This is Leona Lewis' playlist. If anyone knows any other reason for the surge, would love to hear it. - Despite Happy's drop, it did actually increase in streams. Collide just happened to increase even more! - Overall streams were down on the previous year, not that this is very surprising. Hopefully we will get some new material sooner in 2022 to increase interest. LL#6 if we're lucky.

I have been listening to this loads throughout December, a great follow up to Hero. Wish it was a bit longer still, particularly the end part after all the build up.

I'll take it!! :lol: Glad it managed to sneak in a week. Great to see One More Sleep crack the top 20 again too. OMS made a big jump on the Dutch charts and now has a peak of 58. The previous peak was 97. :cheer:

There was talk of a 5th single from the album in the New Year. Obviously won’t do anything chart wise, but if it gets radio support, I don’t see no reason it can’t keep the album selling over the next few months.

Because Boris is a sausage roll (clean edit) all year round, not just for Christmas. All here for Love Grows being a random hit in 2022. Prefer it to a number of the Tik Tok hits from the past year.
