Jorja Smith & Wizkid with ‘Alive’ is TOTW. Which makes keeping ‘What’s Done Is Done’ on there for an 8th week a strange decision, seeing as it’ll only get 4 days of B-list plays. Surprised Skye Newman hasn’t been A-listed yet, but pleased to see NBT belatedly get there.

Seeing as their flexible on how many songs are on the A-list, I’m surprised Prospa has been binned now as it’s still peaking. Are they really not going to A-list Nothing But Thieves? Still time I guess. Big yes to KETTAMA and to Barry Can’t Swim rising.

Maybe it’s just me, but it feels like there’s been a wider range of recurrent tracks played recently. Fontaines D.C’s ‘Bug’ and beabadoobee’s ‘Take A Bite’ just a couple of examples. Can only be a good thing!

Well ‘White Noise’ has just been added to the Radio 2 playlist so looks like that’s the next single after all!

The playlist length still being unpredictable. Second week in a row the A-list has 16 songs, plus the B-list up to 15 this week.

Surprised at the two late rises to the A-list, especially when they’ve both been on the playlist an extra two weeks due to Big Weekend. So bored of ‘Midnight Sun’ now, hopefully it’s binned next week. That Barry Can’t Swim song is great and I wish they’d add KETTAMA!

Really hope this can properly take off as it should’ve done 2 years ago.

Yes I’m surprised they’ve not removed those two you mentioned, CMAT too has had a long run when you add in the two Big Weekend weeks. sombr gone after just five weeks is a surprise. ANOTR still going strong!

I hope they keep ‘Talk To You’ on the playlist for a couple more weeks yet. It’s only now really starting to take off, plus it’s just so bloody brilliant!
