Amazing to see FISHER as a longest runner, even if eight weeks is not the longest of long runners. Some great dance songs around at the minute and that’s reflected in the adds this week - the Nia Archives and Prospa songs in particular are great. Need Disclosure to be added next!

A-list back down to 15, but an extra song on the C-list. Nearly back to the old 15-15-12 split.

‘Make It All Better’, ‘White Noise’ and ‘Beauty Pageant’ are the standouts from the new stuff. The three singles still sound great too - ‘Cruel World’ is very fun and ‘To Love Somebody’ sounds like a huge hit.

I’m enjoying it, but agree it’ll be a grower and I’ll probably end up loving it.

A-list back up to 16 songs. So if I’m right, since the start of February, the number of songs on the A-list has gone: 15-16-16-17-16-15-16-16-15-16. So random!

Feels like this is on the cusp of really taking off. I’ve enjoyed this since its release, but it’s really got a hold on me this week - probably a combination of the hot weather and Radio 1 spamming the hell out of it.

To be fair, that Disclosure song is so good it deserves the extra plays! I reckon it gets added on Friday. Also really enjoying Nia Archives’ latest.

The ending has seriously grown on me, which means I am now fully obsessed with this.

Yeah I really like ‘My Regards’. A sixth week on the B-list is pretty decent. Also, the A-list back to 15 songs this week - they really can’t make their mind up can they?!

FISHER!! Was not expecting him to be A-listed on his sixth week. They’re really big fans of that ANOTR track aren’t they? A lot of good dance songs on the playlist at the minute. Surprised ‘Elizabeth Taylor’ hasn’t been A-listed yet. Hoping Holly Humberstone rises next time with her album out next week.

Matt said yesterday that he thinks ‘Funeral’ is off the playlist next week. Said he’s going to buy a suit for Funeral’s funeral.

Really enjoying this. I actually think the weakest part is when they go proper Disclosure at the end, but the first half of the song is wonderful with the melancholic vocal and the orchestral section.

Shame ‘To Love Somebody’ is gone but great to see ‘Cruel World’ replacing it. I do prefer the former though. Enjoying that ANOTR tune.

If ‘Satisfaction Skank’ gets a power into, that’s normally a sign it’s on the B-list. But the B-list seems pretty rigid at 14 songs, so I’m guessing it’s just getting high spot plays due to Big Weekend. Also, how epic is that FISHER tune?! Would love them to A-list it - I don’t think he’s been A-listed before?

‘American Girls’ has grown on me, but ‘Pop’ is the best on the album and is perfect for radio. Also pretty certain ‘The Treadmill’ has been removed. ‘Rein Me In’ getting a lot of spot plays, but also some other Sam Fender songs (‘People Watching’ and ‘Spit Of You’) getting plays.

I think it’s just ‘American Girls’, ‘Pop’ and ‘Aperture’ that have been played in the tracks from… so far. ‘American Girls’ has had three plays, ‘Pop’ has four.

‘Pop’ is the best one on the album for me. That chorus is brilliant.

Well this is very catchy. It got the Hottest Record treatment on Radio 1.
