This is great, and a surprisingly good start chart wise.

I swear that KC Lights song is a couple years old (vocals by Clementine Douglas, obviously). Looks like it’s getting a re-release with added brackets.

Thank you :) It’s a shame she’s not had any success as a lead artist yet. ‘Lights’ was one of my favourite songs of last year and deserved much more. At least she’s had success featuring on a couple of Rudimental songs as well as ‘Rave Out’.

Another release from her today, this time with NOTION and it’s fab " data-tag="youtube" data-tagfull=" "> Edit: tried to add a YouTube inbed for the first time and seem to have messed it up, can one of the mods fix it please :)

Went with Disclosure but it is a very strong week. Fred again, Becky Hill and Aluna are also sounding good. If NOTION/Charlotte Plank was on here I’d be going for that, it’s such a banger.

‘maybe it’s u’ with Sam Gellaitry is out now. Another absolute banger from him, this album is going to be incredible.

Indeed it is. salute and John Summit are also great choices.

Very interested to hear this, sounds different from anything we’ve heard from her so far.

Interesting that they’ve switched the Becky Hill song. ‘Right Here’ is miles better than ‘Outside Of Love’ so hoping that carries over when the playlist goes back to normal.

So good

Yeah this is as great as I was expecting. It did have a fair amount of hype around it before release so hopefully that means it’s coming for some chart success.

Looks like it’s still Hottest Record tonight, Jack was saying as such on the show last night.

Now coming on Thursday according to socials Julia Church on vocals

Very hyped for this

Yeah this is quite addictive

There’s quite a few songs on the B-list that are in contention of moving up at soon: Becky Hill (the albums out at the end of the month so expect her to be A-listed) Benson Boone Chappell Roan Fontaines D.C. Headie One/Stormzy Shaboozey (though could maybe see that getting stuck where it is) Then there’s Tommy Richman who hasn’t even been added yet but will likely rise quickly, as well as Post Malone which looks to be massive.

‘Heat’ sounds great

Surprised they’ve insta added Mabel and beabadoobee. Nice adds for Jamie xx and Wilkinson. I wonder if they’ll throw the playlist out the window next week for Big Weekend like they did last year?

Ooo this does sound really good. I imagine it’s called ‘Ocean’.

Tune of the Weekend is the tracks from Radical Optamism. Diplo back on the playlist giving me terrible flashbacks.

Oh good to see salute nick it at the end. The last four winners have been very high quality. Went for TSHA this time round.

Collab with Sub Focus(!) coming soon. I’ve heard it quite a bit on TikTok and it’s sounding amazing.

His album ‘True Magic’ is out July 12th!

Yeah I’m surprised Shygirl has moved up to the A-list, especially on its seventh week. It is a tune but if they were going to heavily support one of her songs, it should’ve been ‘thicc’. I’m still confident Perrie will be A-listed, but I did think it would’ve happened by now.

Another banger
