Gone for Luude but an honourable mention to SG Lewis.

Yay at the quick add for Skrillex. Surprised to still see FLO on the B-list, don’t they usually A-list the winner of ‘Sound of…’? Hoping The Blessed Madonna can climb next week!

More liquid D&B compared to his last two and probably my favourite of the lot.

Sounds decent, even if it does feel tailor made for TikTok.

For me: 1. Skrillex, Fred again.., Flowdan - Rumble 2. Sigala, MNEK - Radio 3. Majestic, Karen Harding - Sweat 4. Skrillex, PinkPantheress, Trippie Redd - Way Back 5. High Contrast - Can’t Give You Up 6. Tiesto - Lay Low 7. D.O.D. - Set Me Free 8. Goodboys, Avaion - Numb ‘Rumble’ by a distance. ‘Radio’ although basic is quite addictive thanks to MNEK. I can see myself returning to ‘Can’t Give You Up’ more as the days go on. The last three didn’t really grab me from a couple of listens.

Talking about dance songs, the Tune of the Weekend is Sigala & MNEK - Radio

The A-list is looking fantastic, love to see all those dance songs in there. I’m surprised ‘Out Of Nowhere’ seems to be stalling on the B-list. FLO almost certainly moving up next week with them winning Sound of 2023. Also no Metro Boomin yet, I’d say they aren’t fans of it but the same was said about ‘Miss You’ and that suddenly flew to the A-list.

‘Rumble’ had a lot of hype on TikTok before release so I think there’s a good chance it’ll be big in the coming weeks.

Her 3 latest songs are now combained in an EP called ‘Take me home’. She’s just getting better and better, ‘Do you miss me?’ is fantastic but it says a lot that it’s my least favourite out of the 3.

I definitely noticed a difference listening this morning!

I’m not surprised about Sub Focus making the A-list but a nice surprise to see Fred Again getting there, it’s probably his best song for me. Interesting that the past month or so we’ve had a lot of songs spend 3/4/5 weeks on the B-list before climbing. Last January, there were a lot of long runners (up to 11 and 12 weeks) with a lack of new entries and we could be looking at the same next month the way the playlist is at the moment. Love The Blessed Madonna track so glad to see it here.

Obsessed with ‘Anxious Mind’

‘Ready To Fly’ is so so good!

I think this has potential to properly blow up tbh

Love this!

‘Dancing In The Shadows’ is fantastic, deserves to be a hit!

I still love this, sad that it’s probably not going to take off now.

I don’t hear the sped up chorus but I can hear some extra sound effects so you’re not going mad! Definitely slightly different though thankfully not enough to spoil my enjoyment of the song.

Felt like they took forever to add ‘Ferrari’ so good to see it quickly reaching the A-List, however I’m not a fan of YUNGBLUD having a similarly quick climb - does he really need to be A-Listed with every single? Good adds for Patrick Topping and PinkPantheress.

Was hoping this would be out on Friday in time for Creamfields but hopefully he’ll play it anyway!

BOTA almost certainly going A-List next week too

Tune Of The Weekend is Joel Corry and Becky Hill ‘History’.

After giving this quite a few listens, I think it’s my favourite of theirs so far. Just wish it was a little longer!

I really hope ‘Let You Go’ can make it to the A-List at some point (hopefully quicker than ‘Don’t Forget My Love’ did though!). It definitely sounds like a ‘big’ enough song. However, as already said, it probably won’t become a hit so I could easily see it stalling on the B/C List as well. Though Matt & Mollie making it TOTW is a good sign.

I can see why they’ve decided not to remove any songs from the A-List as most haven’t been on the playlist too long or are still peaking in the chart. I think the only song they should’ve removed is ‘21 Reasons’. Love the amount of dance songs on the playlist at the minute - especially with Diplo now added (I prefer this one to ‘Don’t Forget My Love’). Good to see them adding ‘B.O.T.A’ just before it looks to properly take off. I thought they might wait another week or two.
