  1. She went to his concert and got (imo rightfully) criticised for going 🤷‍♂️ it’s not making me in Stan but a bit of a bad decision to go to it and post about it imo
  2. I’m glad feather and nonsense were decent hits but I wish this album had more success, it’s her best album for sure imo! Such a perfect pop record
  3. i'll leave it at that for tonight, these are the 4 tracks with negative points. the jump in points from #7 to #6 is a massive 57 points, and then the rest of the top 5 is divided by less than 25
  4. Uwu! who could that be? Miss Abrams is your #7. I know she is not really highly rated on here i do quite like her music, and have seen her live twice now this year, but sometimes the criticism against her can be quite valid oop. This unexpected chart topper is still a good tune, but i am also kinda sick of it! happy its such a smash for her though! 07 | -37 Points Gracie Abrams That's So True 4th single from The Secret of Us Released: 18th October 2024 Label: Gracie Abrams Chart Statistics NE (31/10/2024) | 19-3-1-1-1-1-1-2-2-21-1-1-1-3-3-3-14-17-19-21-21-22-21-23-22-24-27-33-33-40-41-38-41-37-41- Sales: 1,200,000+ Certification: 2x Platinum Status: Accelerated Chart Ratio 08 Sales 01 Audio Streaming xx Video Streaming Video Biography Los Angeles singer/songwriter Gracie Abrams has a talent for cutting to the quick. A song about a breakup’s messy aftermath, “21” opens bluntly with the line: “I missed your 21st birthday.” Another song about finding it hard to move on revolves around the simple admission, “I miss you, I’m sorry.” Abrams’ swift incisions are particularly notable given that her father is director J.J. Abrams, whose television series Lost boasted such ingeniously convoluted plotlines. Born in 1999, the Los Angeles native grew up listening to Joni Mitchell and Elliott Smith, but it wasn’t until she discovered Phoebe Bridgers, at age 13, that she began writing her own songs. She wrote “minor”—about a crush who lived too far away for her to visit before curfew—at age 17. “It was the first time that I’d written a song where I felt like I wasn’t trying to emulate someone else’s sound,” she tells Apple Music. Even Abrams’ early singles display a wisdom beyond her years. Released when she was 20, “21” revolves around the devastating line, “You’ll be the love of my life when I was young”—an elegant example of her knack for turning an idea as simple as “young love” into a complex meditation on life’s changes. “Looking back is unattractive to me,” she acknowledges, yet while preparing her first long-form statement—2020’s minor—she realized she needed to reflect to move forward. “Thinking about what that meant and how the songs needed to exist together,” she says, the experience of writing “minor” as a teen never went away. “It was always in the back of my head. I didn’t want to run away from it.” - Apple Music Top 100 Chart History 2023 72 Everywhere, Everything (Noah Kahan & Gracie Abrams) 2024 81 I miss you, I'm sorry -1- 2024 67 Risk -1- 2024 31 Close To You -2- 2024 37 us. 5. Screechy boone *has* to be next then? yes. Beautiful things is somehow still here, and its at #8 in the buzzjack mid year reshuffle. objectively its not a bad song (up until the bit when he starts screaming unnecessarily), i personally just despise it because every radio station (especially heart) still feel the need to play it on high rotation daily. After leaving Brigham Young University to pursue his music career, the singer-songwriter tried out for American Idol, but he left the competition after making it past the talent show’s auditions. Trading the small screen of TV for the hand-sized screens of social media, he began posting videos online, and Imagine Dragons frontman Dan Reynolds took notice, signing Boone to his label Night Street Records. Boone’s early singles were emotion-packed piano ballads—the sweeping debut single “GHOST TOWN,” the swirling 2022 cut “In The Stars”—but plugging in proved to be a winning strategy. His modern power ballad “Beautiful Things,” released in early 2024, was an online sensation before it became a global megahit, reaching the U.S. Top 10 and readying the world for Boone’s debut full-length, Fireworks & Rollerblades, which came out that spring. - Apple Music Top 100 Chart History 2021 46 Ghost Town -1- 2022 21 In The Stars -2- 2024 01 Beautiful Things -1- MILLIONAIRE 2024 14 Slow It Down -2- 2024 55 Cry -AT- 2024 43 Pretty Slowly -3- 2025 20 Sorry I'm Here For Someone Else -1- 2025 13 Mystical Magical -2- 1 x #1 | 1 x Top 5 | 1 x Top 10 | 4 x Top 20 | 5 x Top 40 | 8 x Top 100 Social Media Benson Boone
  6. the next one has to be "pleaaaaaaase, staaaaaay" right? its come back to plague the top 10 for a 2nd spell and no one (except Joseph) really likes it anymore? somehow... no! #9 is actually from Chrystal, who quickly removed her one hit wonder status as she is currently at the top of the charts with a different, equally as annoying track . I don't think i've ever actually heard The Days fully through from start to finish, and it finishes here at #9. 09 | -48 Points Chrystal The Days 1st single from Unarchived 2015 Released: 17th June 2024 / 1st October 2024 Label: Chaos / Polydor Records Chart Statistics NE (03/10/2024) | 96-x RE (17/10/2024) | 81-60-59-60-55-39-43-50-38-24-26-49-5-6-5-4-4-4-5-6-27-26-29-32-27-29-30-31-32-32-31-32-33-36-38-35-36- Sales: 800,000+ Certification: Platinum Status: Accelerated Chart Ratio 11 Sales 05 Audio Streaming 06 Video Streaming Video Biography Chrystal Jade Ruby Opal Orchard (born late 1980s), known professionally as Chrystal, is a musician from Farnworth in Greater Manchester. 14. I can't believe we're half way through 2025 already! Its been a crazy year, I've had a lot going on in my personal life (long story short, my brother-in-law passed away in February so I've been spending a lot of time back and forth between home/work and staying with my sister & 2 young nephews to help them out through this incredibly tough time) I just about manage to get a weekly chart out on crownnote, and i've had a hectic schedule these past few weeks with everyone and their mother deciding to go on tour haha! I need to start posting my charts on here again but idk when ill get around to it, but i do want to run through this top 100! I'm just adding the points for the last few weeks to the tally and get on with it!
  15. RAYE’s sister Abby, known as Absolutely, has been releasing music for a while now, but this one is incredible! The snippet went semi viral on tiktok and it’s finally out! Such a gorgeous song!

Well my manager was shocked when I told her messy came out last May and went to number 1 back in January 🤣🤣 she thought it was a new song! Though tbf she is one of those people who really doesn’t listen to music apart from what’s on the radio!

  19. Lola easily! I think it’s already my favourite song of the year! I’m obsessed! Really strong week though! So many great songs
  20. Hope we get a couple of newbies in the top 40 officially! New Lola, Jade & Ed are all brilliant tracks, I’m expecting the benson one to go too 40 too, is sombr at the level where he debuts top 40 now? Hopefully an interesting week!

  23. need this to do a 'my 21st century blues' style brits sweep, its been so so amazing to see her success like this! i feel so proud, i started following her in 2021 so its been a long time coming!
  24. Hopefully! It looks like it’s slightly down on today’s mids compared to last Wednesday if I’ve read it properly 😭
  25. i think some definely do factor it into the creation of their music, certain songs are definitely made with a specific sound to try and go viral, but i don't think its fair to categorise all songs that go viral like this, we've seen some crazy examples of songs go viral that you wouldn't expect to go viral! Like escapism for example, i've been a fan of raye for years so i listened to it the day it came out but i never even considered the possibility of it going viral as its such a personal song with very deep topics sung about in it, but since it went viral it does sound like a song to go viral? does that make sense? i feel like im rambling lol
