Mimi’s sophomore album dropping on September 12th! Not sure why she’s decided to drop on the same day as JADE, and Ed Sheeran, but excited to have something new! It seems like the singles from last year (mistake, erase you, one eye open) are just stand alone, and love language is the first single, dropping on Friday! (She said in her post love language is the first single, but mind reader with meghan trainor is track 3 on the album presave page on Spotify 😭)

I could see her releasing debut tv next year for its 20th anniversary. I doubt we’ll get a full rep tv but I could imagine her doing a “rep deluxe” to add the vault songs onto it, and maybe a “from the vault” ep of unreleased songs that aren’t on albums! I am praying we still get let’s go (battle), I’m convinced the only reason it’s not on speak now tv is that it has other writers on it, same reason she moved if this was a movie to a version of fearless tv

I went to Leigh Anne’s headline show so now I just have to see perrie live! I wasn’t old enough to go to any little mix shows solo and my parents weren’t very positive towards concerts so I never saw them as a group but I’m trying to tick them all off solo at least before they hopefully reunite and tour together again in future

Honestly that was quite a shit show. I was ready at 9.50 and went through at 10 and immediately it came up with no tickets available for London, so I looked at some of the others and saw they had tix. Kept refreshing and at about 11 I gave up. Then I got the train home and out of curiosity gave it another check and managed a London ticket then! Weirdest presale I’ve ever experienced… but so glad to have a ticket, so happy to be able to say I’m seeing her twice this year! Once at all points east and once for her own tour!

The new tracks is quite good, and it’s a solid compilation, some gems I’d forgotten about in there! Lonely together

Haters go too criticisms are either a. Her appearance, or b. Nepotism… they seem to think that because her aunt (I believe it’s her aunt?) is Julia Donaldson who wrote the gruffalo and other children’s books, I struggle to see the correlation as they’re in completely different industries but haters have tunnel vision and use anything they can think of without actually thinking if it’s valid 🤣🤣
