I am truly obsessed, such a phenomenal body of work. Mio cristo especially gives me goosebumps every time, so good. Reliqia, sexo violenca, and Sauvignon blanc are my other faves, but I keep coming back to this. I do find it has to be listened front to back though, the songs are good on their own for sure but really work when you listen to it as a whole body of work. this is real music ❤️‍🩹❣️

Amazon picked a good one as I know they’ve faced criticism before but you can’t deny kylies fanbase support and push power (they managed to push padam to stay top 40 the week it went to ACR) so it’s an easy one to take advantage of and push to the top spot imo

It’s a shame too as Christmas tree farm is so great! One of my fave modern Christmas songs! I think it was timed badly as it came out after lover which was a bit of a flop era (don’t get me wrong it was successful but didn’t match the heights of previous releases red, rep and 1989) and then when she had her second peak in 2022-onwards it was on permenant acr, and in 22 midnights had dropped in autumn and 2023 1989tv dropped in autumn so focus was on them not the Christmas song

Managed to get a ticket! Tried for London as it’s closest to me and my sister lives there so I can easily get to the show from here but over 20k people in the queue, managed to nab one for Sheffield though, which works as my best friend is studying at uni there so I can stay with her for the weekend!

20k sales is an incredible opening!! So happy she made the top 5, could see her having some decent longevity especially with how well the whole album is doing on streaming! I know it’s only been a week but everything continuing to increase is a good sign methinks!

Not sure on cat as she has just rescheduled her tour to next spring for her own wellbeing, though she’s not completely stepping away as she’s still doing her mini record store tour this and next week so who knows!

Lily has announced a theatre tour for next March where she’ll perform the album front to back! Tickets go on sale next Friday! Praying I manage to get some, she’s been on my bucket list for a long time and the album is incredible!

I never watched any of the traitors before this but did watch and I love it! Such a great concept, I’ve had time off of work so I’ve binge watched all 3 regular seasons and am hooked! What a brilliant show. It is bugging me how Johnathan is still in 😭 like it’s so obvious. Need Alan and cat to throw him under the bus asap, I do worry for Alan after that slip up but I wouldn’t be surprised if he can worm out of it lol

Insaneeeeeeee omg. David harbour should never show his face again after this 😭😭😭. Brilliant album, I adore her writing style, she lays it out so blatantly but it’s just perfect, I think her impact on British music actually hasn’t been acknowledged as it should be, you can hear her influence in the likes of Charli xcx, Lola Young , PinkPantheress and more! Madeline, pussy palace and beg for me are my highlights!

I really think it would be impossible to try and remove stream numbers depending on if it’s played from a playlist as opposed to a from the album/ single/ personal playlist

I’m against recurrent, as imo if the song is doing well enough to chart it should be allowed to do so, they do need to fix the ACR rules though especially with resets, it does seem to be all over The place and songs like the chain or the night we met not getting deserving top 40 peaks while Coldplay and oasis (just an example) being reset multiple times doesn’t make sense, I do agree with double ACR where after a set time their total is halved again which would allow songs like lose control and beautiful things to maintain charting but not taking up space in the top 40!
