This is my most anticipated release of the year!!

Yeah the likes of zach Bryan and Luke combs are much bigger there than here, most of their releases are easy top 10 debuts vs low top 40 here

Ariana is almost certainly gonna be no1 here tonight I believe, but looking at her day 2 I’m not so sure she’ll hold. We’ll see if it stabilises after the weekend plus her physical sales

Icl I was expecting bigger… I thought she’d pull over 700k, hopefully she can debut at no1 anyway

Shame it missed the top 100, a very beautiful song I love it a lot! Excited to hear her sing it live in a week or so when I go to see her!

I can see Ariana opening with fairly high numbers as I reckon there’ll be quite a bit of curiosity of new music post wicked but I imagine it’ll drop down to 500/400k and hold steady around there for the week same as what drop dead and American girls did

Missed the run down due to being at work, looks like I missed an interesting chart! Poor Charli, loving ss26. Hopefully jlo can do same as what Katy Perry did re-enter at 41 and next week climb into the top 40. I am a FM fan so not complaining about them back, and dreams finally getting a deserving new peak too, but I wishhhhh it could be the chain getting its well deserved top 40 peak instead, that was robbed of a reset last year. Bit baffled by the Calvin Harris reset too. Good for Olivia, great song and stronger than drop dead imo. Hope it can also have a bit of stability! Will be interesting to see if it could potentially reach its peak with her album out in two weeks or if a different song will be getting a push!

It’s pleasant enough, but nothing wow tbh, even yes and which was quite a weak song had more star factor. I can see myself listening to it occasionally but it’s pretty weak for a lead single

I’d imagine Ariana will get a number 1 this week but from hearing it I am starting to think it’s gonna do the same as drop dead or American girls, one week at the top before rein me in takes it back. I can’t really see this Ariana song hanging around at the top spot for ages imo

I’m hoping for top 40 but I fear it’ll miss out 😭 though possibly a mighty hoopla performance can help if? maybe if/when Lily announces the full remix project she’ll get some top 40s too

I would imagine she’ll be pushing something else alongside the album, it’s only 2 week away, but when she dropped guts get him back! Was pushed as a single with the albums release but bad idea right also reached its chart peak that same week so I could see that happening, potentially the cure boosted to no1 plus album release single in the top 5. It’ll all depend on what gets pushed and if it clicks with the gp

Ooh I didn’t realise, I got an email from banquet saying my order was updated but I didn’t realise they hadn’t shipped yet, hopefully that plus the signings can help her!

Michael was on 18,500 last Wednesday and ended with 30,000 so looks pretty on par to match that this week

Maisie has just announced some signings with hmv so hopefully that can add some sales but unfortunately looks like Michael will catch up :(

Usually the lead single will get the biggest push, with most physicals, playlists, price reductions etc. they did all of that with drop dead which was the lead, but it’s not the norm for that to happen with every single single!
