  1. This isn’t the Shotgun type hit that he needed
  2. Better In Time by Leona It was released as a double A-side yet the sales of each song were split?
  3. Nice to see Cold Heart still doing around the same numbers as Shivers considering they were in competition for number 1 last autumn.
  4. How did Jack get so big? Was it has collab with Lil Nas X or is it tik tok etc?

57k seems a bit low given that he’s had one of the best streaming weeks of all time. Are the days of 100-200k+ opening weeks no longer achievable with the streams to sale ratio?

The price reduction thing is a double edged sword because on the one hand it is a nice tactic to boost first week sales but on the other hand it is a kick in the teeth to loyal fans who, if you are needing to use these tricks, are the audience you cannot afford to lose.

  10. Thanks for creating this list! Have really enjoyed reading.
  11. The music video hasn’t really given ‘Oh My God’ much boost on Spotify by the looks of it.

‘Breaking Free’ from the High School Musical soundtrack reached #9 in 2006 I believe too.
  13. She must have been sat on this album for a while, the leaked tracklist from Jan 21 is very similar to the official one. I just noticed looking back to page 1 of this thread.
  14. I think it will depend on the singles. Paradise and Shotgun really sold the last album. I remember they initially tried to launch the last album with Don’t Matter Now and then went back to the drawing board after that flopped.
