How come they have reduced the price to £4.99 when they are so far off number 1? Surely if they know they aren’t getting no. 1 they might as well sell at full price. Unless there’s more sales to be added tomorrow that’ll close the gap?

I do find it kind of interesting that people are interested enough in an artist to see them live, pay upwards of £100 a ticket, book hotels, transport yet are not interested enough to buy their new output. But I guess you could equate it to him having 4.4 million Instagram followers, he’s not selling 4.4m albums, probably only 1% of his followers have the album.

Sure Trustfall will follow suit very soon for P!nk. Amazed at the success of LMOLM for Little Mix despite never being a single, one of their best ballads. Surprised Ella has only just got silver for that album.

I was hoping the near 6 year wait for a non Xmas album would inspire her to come back with an absolute banger. Completely respect the fact she might not want to go down a super commercial lead single route anymore here but surely there is a compromise to be made.

I’m kind of surprised that the Netflix documentary has boosted Lewis so much. They haven’t done much for other artists in the past.

She re-released the Christmas album with Sony a couple of years back but I imagine that was just a one-off. Would be cool if she still had their backing but would imagine not the case.

Don’t want to get too carried away but Diane Warren songs are often nominated for Oscars right? . Could you imagine if Leona became Oscar nominated? I See You was Golden Globe nominated but (wrongly in my opinion) didn’t get an Oscar nod.

I’m pretty sure they predicted P!nk to debut at no.5 with about 55k and she ended up at no. 2 with 74k so it might be a conservative estimate.

I always felt like Funhouse was a much bigger era than I’m Not Dead so I’m interested to see it at number 3. I guess IND just sold more consistently in smaller amounts.
