I hate it when bullying behaviour is equated with hard work and high expectations. I’ve had two jobs over the past year. In one, my boss was a bully and my current boss is not. It’s funny how the latter manages to produce better results than the former without making his employees feel worthless.

KT Tunstall has continued releasing music regularly ever since. She was last top 40 in 2010 but has charted all her albums to 40. It’s just difficult to break through again when Spotify and Radio 1 aren’t interested.

I’d almost forgotten Bailey existed and tbh despite that brief one scene I almost forgot again by the end of the episode. Pearl, however, definitely needs as much screen time as possible.

TBF, RTD always included the community during his first tenure. Really pleased that he is still this inclusive and semi impressed that the BBC haven’t tried to curb him.

Critics can still be useful if you’re not completely sold on an artist yet and you’re time poor. I don’t actually have the time to listen to an album in full if the singles haven’t grabbed me. Hence me never having listened to an Ed album. Yes, I can do it for free but I’d probably like to use the time it would take more wisely.
