  1. The strategy for Sabrina is seemingly - no official post album single but have lots of songs doing well worldwide - look at Short & Sweet - Bed Chem video was cancelled and it seemed to be doing really well, Juno was crying out for a single release - nothing. Busy Woman - no video. Now look at Man's Best Friend, it's the exact same - House Tour, How Did you Get So Hot and Nobody's Son are doing really well and crickets.
  2. I'm not surprised about this tbh - it's been like a mini sleeper song being played everywhere for a while now.
  3. I'm still waiting for her to announce a second disc The Death of a Showgirl produced by Jack and Aaron as I cannot believe we are only getting 12 tracks. In all seriousness, I think Life of a Showgirl is a really solid pop record. I know there was a big online discourse about it not being that great, but I really think a lot of people didn't really give it much of a chance as it's her strongest and most concise record in a long time (I'm a Lover stan but even I can acknowledge that record is bloated).
  4. I've read online it's a Nicki diss but not heard yet to assess
  5. Interestingly, she seemed to be more vacant this year for the AIWFCIY promo - apart from Vegas I don't actually remember anything else?
  6. I wonder if Miley's team are going to start worrying... she's only really had one hit (Flowers) and nothing else seems to land. End of the World had the makings of being a hit and I suspect the strange release strategy worked against it.
  7. I must be missing something here as I find Midnight Sun (like most of Zara's albums) very beige. There's not even the highs of her other albums (or songs). Do I need to spend more time with it? Love Me Land, Ruin My Life, Funeral... nothing on Midnight Sun comes close to these. It's just very... Mighty Hoopla pop.
  8. I'm always so fascinated that Christmas Tree Farm never makes any noise considering the Swifties buy 100 different versions of the same album

I actually really disagree - everyone knows salicious gossip sells music - look at Miley with Flowers. I think there was an expectation a lot of people would be talking about this album as it's a very public divorce album. No disrespect to the album as it's brilliant but I think it's incorrect to say there isn't expectations for the album to do well. Madeleine also feels very ready for TikTok.

How is this possible? She could not even sell one London date at her recent Christmas shows?
  11. The album cover is very ballads and classics vibe - doesn't really fit with Type Dangerous but at least she's not trying to recreate Emancipation of Mimi again.
  12. Yes to the Kehlani feature

I'm really struggling getting into this one also
  14. How have we gone from We All Gone Down Together to this?

She should really be doing Brixton or Wembley Arena
