  1. Benson not being in the tiebreak, we hate to see it This week’s vote is definitely Damiano, he’s not missed once with this era. Voices is amazing ❤️ Went with Zara for the tiebreak too x

Pretty good first episode. Liking all of them apart from Jason right now he's trying so hard to be the funniest, most over the top person in the room and it's just cringe. Probably the show's first misfire with an American/non-British comedian for me. Hopefully he's better the rest of the series though lol. Fatiha already being so over it

Has anybody watched the first two episodes? Started on ITV last night and continued tonight. David Tennant hosting as 'The Creator'. Initially I thought it was a bit meh, but as the first episode went on I was getting more and more hooked and now I'm absolutely loving it bit of a shame that DT's not actually there in person with them, but still it's a lot of fun. Part of me wonders what warrants the show's title given both main matches so far seem to be entirely down to putting your faith/trust in people more than anything but whatever haha Spoiler Two eliminations in a row where the odds were stacked against the opponents and they've smashed it and I've rooted for them to stay! So happy Alison managed to send Scott home with those tactics in noughts and crosses lmao! Ranking them after those first two episodes I'd say: Alison Amanfi Charlotte Ken Bex India Bodalia Scott Bhasha Benjamin Paul

I've watched all of them apart from USS Callister: Into Infinity now and what a strong season. Wasn't quite so keen on Eulogy; a bit too stripped back for me despite being a decent idea but it's a toss-up between that and Common People for what's the least good of the season. Neither are bad but just nowhere near achieving what the others manage to. At the moment I'd probably rank them something like: Hotel Reverie Plaything Bête Noire Common People Eulogy Hotel Reverie and Plaything are probably up there with some of the best of Black Mirror for me. Capaldi was fabulous, the callback to Bandersnatch was neat and expanded on that world very well, and Hotel Reverie had me captivated the whole time despite the feature-length runtime not always warranted for the show imo. Beyond the Sea could never x

Been a couple of headlines over the last couple of days about a reboot of Desperate Housewives coming, called Wisteria Lane. In development with Disney at the moment. Not sure how I feel about this because while Devious Maids obviously didn’t do anything to damage the brand - and managed to be its own entity away from the DH setting - and this could end up being amazing, trying to replicate the magic of Desperate Housewives is something I imagine will be very difficult. It’s such a perfect show as it is but if Marc Cherry’s involved again it could be okay I guess.

Great article - that's got me very excited and optimistic about the film. You just know there are going to be so many critics that won't be able to praise the escapism, hope and joy of what I assume is going to end up being a turbulent storyline with lots of doubts and ups and downs in between that ends on a bright, positive note for all of the characters and their relationships with one another.
  10. 100% my bad completely forgetting I even stated it as a rule in the confirmations thread before going live with the voting! Fair enough if a lot more people entered that are active in BJSC but the only thing I'd have really vetoed would've been the likes of Cover Girl, UK Hun? etc enjoy your win Envoirment u cheap hoe and bask in the silver medal blacksquare u extra extra cheap hoe!!
  11. Rumours going around at the moment about 5SOS' sixth album, supposedly from somebody in vinyl production. One of the songs they claim is on the album has been registered, but the rest is pure speculation at this point. Single in August and album next year. Called 'Across the Memory'. Taking it all with a pinch of salt, but doesn't sound too far-fetched. Can't imagine they'd jump into a 5SOS campaign with Calum and Michael both launching their solo careers though.
  12. also @Brer feel free to tear my mathematics to shreds if there are any inaccuracies xx
  13. Sad for blacksquare because MISTRESS VIOLET was definitely my favourite song here, by a bit of a mile 🖤 and just 10 points in it! I didn't even know it was entered to BJSC, let alone won, but we shall let the lacking research slide considering the demographic wasn't entirely BJSC-based oop. Bray also had me shook, 1 for even entering in the first place and 2 Hype I enjoyed a lot after a few listens lmao. But Now or Never is a solid pop song, congrats to Envoirment (will ask Joseph to add your widget soon ~)

Gia Gunn - Stun 12 33 Courtney Act - Fight For Love Condragulations to... Envoirment on winning The Drag Race Song Contest!
  15. 12 of 12 And it all comes down to the final vote... Courtney Act steps into the work room and takes a deep breath, ready to decide the winner of the contest in what's - overall given the numbers - a tight contest. She walks towards the lipsticks in front of her and does the deed. Another top score to Blair St. Clair and silver and bronze respectively for Yvie Oddly and Tia Kofi. 8 points to Violet Chachki and Allie X, but who's going to walk away with the crown and sceptre, a year's supply of never having to think about these songs again, and a shiny new golden Drag Race AF widget? You've been caught in the act and your time us up... Herbs entered Courtney Act - Fight For Love
  16. So with only one set of votes left to be revealed... which camp will Herbs end up being in? 👀
  17. 11 of 12 The Pak Girls have arrived! All the way from the Philippines they're here to offer up the authentic Drag Race experience by staying true to their roots and also spicing up the competition while they're at it... Eek! The Pak Girls are making it a fight to the death for the crown, awarding top points to Blair St. Clair while dumping Violet Chachki and Allie X at the bottom of the pack like dirt on their heels x BOOGSH! It's none other than... J00prstar entered Pak Girls - BOOGSH!
  18. 10 of 12 She's walking into the work-room suspiciously after seeing the reaction to her UK vs. the World win, but she's holding her head high and she's ready to throw her sceptre at the lipsticks and see where the votes land to cause some chaos! Oh my! Violet Chachki and Allie X do it again with another 15 awarded, the odds are seeming very much in their favour, but can they hold out with the final two votes still to come? Shea and Blair also rack up more impressive scores with Tayce not too far behind. Ready to turn your satellite on and see if it really is ti a kofi? -Jay- entered Tia Kofi - Satellite
  19. 9 of 12 Strolling into the work-room linking arms with not a care in the world (albeit Vanjie with a game face on) are Yvie Oddly and Vanessa Vanjie, ready to put some lipstick on and deliver their verdict on the competition. And it's another one for MISTRESS VIOLET! Tayce also picks up a silver medal here, while Blair St. Clair is seen in the corner crying because she didn't think she'd be getting this much love in the room tonight. HYPED AF to find out who entered this banger (as if it's not already obvious going by the formatting of the votes )? Brer entered Yvie Oddly feat. Vanessa Vanjie - Hype
  20. Scoreboard (8/12) 01 65 Tayce - SWAGZILLA Calum 06 63 Violet Chachki & Allie X - MISTRESS VIOLET blacksquare 04 62 Blair St. Clair - Now or Never Envoirment 09 59 Tia Kofi - Satellite 03 56 Gothy Kendoll, Forbid & Divina De Campo - Switch Josh! 05 56 Shea Couleé & GESS feat. 21. 8 of 12 Before we get another scoreboard update, stepping into the work-room for the first time since her stunning appearance on the second season of Drag Race UK is Tayce, and fresh off her Christmas Strictly win she's doing a little samba as she does. The votes are as follows: MISTRESS VIOLET gets another top score, while Yvie Oddly and Vanessa Vanjie are whispering 'Miss Vanjie' in the corner throwing some intimidation to the competition. Gothy and Lemon are also looking pretty happy with themselves while they sip their beverages. Who had the CHEEK, the NERVE, the AUDACITY, the GALL and the GUMPTION? Calum entered Tayce - SWAGZILLA
  22. 7 of 12 Meow! Gothy is back, back, back again and this time she's here ready to out-do herself after UK1 and UK vs. the World (maybe). Her votes are in (sadly she said Divina and Forbid couldn't make it tonight), and they are as follows: Another one? Blair is on a roll! The tables are turning for Alaska and Gia too, while Violet Chachki and Allie X keep racking up the scores at the higher end of the votes. Are you ready to hear the real Gothy Kendoll roar? Josh! entered Gothy Kendoll, Forbid & Divina De Campo - Switch
  23. 6 of 12 Hiiiiiiiiiiiiiii! Alaska is here and she's joined by Gia Gunn herself, both of them fighting over the lipsticks and unable to make up their minds and come to an agreement. But in the end, they get there! More high scores for Blair and Tia. The latter's starting to feel like that UK vs. the World crown was justified now. Gothy's trajectory just gets better and better too as she's doing better here than either of her appearances on TV. Who is actually the boom-boom-gun? elgornio entered Alaska Thunderf*** feat. Gia Gunn - Stun
  24. 5 of 12 Blair St. Clair is ready to declare, walking into the work-room pushing her way past production to get those votes cast just in the nick of time and she has the following to say: Tia Kofi enters the competition with a top score from Ms St. Clair, and Yvie Oddly and Vanjie are starting to feel like they could climb up the leaderboard and sneak their way to victory next to what seems like a good run for r Shea! I do declare... Envoirment entered Blair St. Clair - Now or Never
