Calum

Have to admit it’s a shame to see Troye struggling so much in this round with a gorgeous ballad, almost being punished for being too faithful to the theme particularly when, for all the talk about Pussy Palace, the likes of Cosmic Love and Chiquitita really don’t fit the brief in my opinion.

Tell me you haven’t listened to The Best without telling me

Leavitt next and we'll be on a good run.

Looking forward to this! Hopefully not just a quick 5-track EP even if that seems most likely. Seems strange that with the backing they have though that there clearly isn't the confidence quite there to launch them with an album immediately.

Popped! exclusive as well, voting from Live Show Three onwards until the end of the competition will be private (full results will still be revealed at the end of each round)

Second season is coming on 15th April!! Really glad this is back, the first season was great.

Renewed for season 23! I really ought to start catching up again

...and we'll still have that jumped up press sec standing at the podium trying to tie it back to Biden.

Gave this a listen and it's such a major step down after how good CHARLIE! was and what felt like the kind of music he could make several knockout albums from. This just... exists with not much to get excited by.

Starting to wonder how many people would have the balls to be this critical of others' choices if it wasn't anonymous Please can we be a little more encouraging/supportive; everybody's going to have their own interpretations and opinions on songs each round but I'm not seeing the point in posts pretty much saying 'ffs THIS should've been sent, ridiculous'. Reflect your thoughts with your votes, and I'd hope that everyone will judge each of the songs fairly based on quality. I for one am glad we don't need to sit through that cover of Somewhere Only We Know

To be fair to Pussy Palace it has been described as a ballad elsewhere. And at the risk of being on my own on this, Chiquitita starts off slow then ends up being a jolly old time

Caught up on episodes 2 and 3 last night and I feel Claudia is still very much an NPC in her own show at the moment. The guests have all been brilliant (really loved Niall and Joanne), but they're driving a lot of the conversations and having their own little shindig that could happen regardless of whether she's there or not.

Gagged at that! Nini was the weakest in the challenge for me (the criticisms of Jane felt a little too harsh), but she had the better runway/reveal and slayed the lip-sync in comparison. Nini to go next week and honestly we have a pretty fine top 3 I'd say

Wasn't quite as good as last week for me, but the opening, Jools Holland and the British Pub in Spain skits were all great. Jack continues to impress me too, his physical comedy is everything (especially in the Beanz Bros one )

Don't pretend you wouldn't be giving it 'WHERE THE f*** IS DESTROYER ' xx

This would've been my choice of ballad for Ruel (much to Joseph's dismay again ):

Yeah whoever is behind Troye has sent one of the biggest gems of his discography right there, absolutely love HEAVEN

Just putting it out there, I'm not monitoring whether songs adhere to the theme or not (even though you all had ample opportunity to double check by confirming on the form to submit your entries), it's up to the voting public if they think the mentors are taking the piss x
