  1. I understand some of what you're saying, but I guess from my point of view (and many others) it's just difficult to find a middle ground and feel sorry for Chappell when, for example, you also have people like Lola Young who have been very open about their struggles with mental health, have taken time away, have asked for privacy (which, as far as I know without trawling every corner of the internet, has been respected by fans or otherwise)... yet find it within themselves to be kind and not brazenly tar fans with a brush that basically says they're all deranged, weird stalkers.
  2. Who is she raising awareness for? Because as Joe Public consumers of music who might happen to walk down the street one day and say 'oh my god there's Chappell Roan!' (and if you're so inclined, try and say a quick hello, get an autograph or a selfie), what position are we in to change any of that when the majority of celebrities are more than happy to stop briefly then go about their day as normal? Celebrities have spoken out about the press for years, and what's changed? To some it's like she's building a reputation for herself as that person you daren't share the same air as else you'll be flattened by a 6'6 mountain of muscle or be on the receiving end of a half-awake, unbothered-yet-somehow-totally-bothered video lambasting you. N&3Q put it best in that it seems what she claims to want and what she actually does are totally at odds and ultimately everybody's just going to continue to question or feel confused by her actions whenever the next thing undoubtedly happens.
  3. The funniest thing about the Paris incident is there were literally about 4 people max there, including her, and she had all the means to just leave the situation or keep going about her evening as she was by not interacting with them, but instead made a conscious decision to engage like she'd had a brainwave that asserting dominance in that moment would somehow make the whole paparazzi world come crumbling down lol x Instead you just had some confused guy wanting an autograph stood there like
  4. Chappell (or Shapelle ) has very rapidly been creating an image of herself - and continues to do so - that's quite off-putting for a lot of people. While, absolutely, every celebrity deserves privacy and respect to go about their lives it seems largely contradictory that she'll call a lot of what she doesn't like about fame out on social media regarding wanting to change that, preserving her privacy, etc yet seems to invite controversy and kerfuffles by... doing the exact opposite and following traditional celebrity ideologies and behaviours. Putting the fact that both parties involved are in the limelight, well off and don't need to be picking public fights all over social media over a pretty meaningless altercation aside, Chappell's fans are really doing the most to come to her defence. A young girl (with parents of a status that she would likely know, have learned or been taught not to invade somebody's privacy in a certain way) has looked at her and suddenly this girl and her mother are in the wrong with bad parenting and more being brought up? If you're having breakfast in a communal area open to all, what gives anybody the right to expect total privacy without people sweeping by or, gasp, catching a quick glance and potentially interacting with you kindly regardless of status? We don't really need the security guard's take on things now else we'll have a Netflix limited series on the whole saga in a few months' time, but it seems pretty obvious going by the hotel's response paired with the articulate and measured response from one party versus the half-baked, I-don't-give-a-f***, couldn't be bothered to even address it properly party that the security guard likely was affiliated with her in some way and would have been acting on previously agreed instructions. It certainly comes across to me she's quite possibly surrounded by a lot of yes people in her team who aren't prepared to tell her when sometimes she might be behaving like a clown, nor do they have a real grip on how to handle PR in the best way for her.

Conan Gray - Maniac Delta Goodrem - Believe Again Troye Sivan - Bloom HAIM - If I Could Change Your Mind ABBA - Super Trouper Nelly Furtado - Big Hoops (Bigger the Better) Chappell Roan - Red Wine Supernova Lily Allen - Madeline Florence + the Machine - Hurricane Drunk ROSALÍA - PIENSO EN TU MIRÁ - Cap.3: Celos Atomic Kitten - Be With You The Corrs - Irresistible Scissor Sisters - She's My Man Kelly Clarkson - Never Again David Bowie - Ashes to Ashes Maniac is essential Conan, so glad it's getting a moment to shine here (waiting for Vodka Cranberry to have the BuzzJack masses floored though ) Another beautiful choice for Delta there, I don't think I was too familiar with that song before now (probably have heard it but been a long time since I've listened - much like a lot of her older stuff can't lie). Stunning HAIM continuing to win me over in this too, a great song, and of course a classic from ABBA, albeit not one of my absolute favourites. Pains me that it feels like I'm constantly rating Kelly low in the competition so far and I'm probably in the minority but I just don't get/like her early stuff as much as others do
  7. I've got to admit I'm finding it difficult now to write meaningful commentaries about characters like Erica that have made it into the top 10, but I'll give it a go Erica finishes ahead of Vecna (also Henry Creel); the younger sister of Lucas Sinclair who is also still in the running. Priah Ferguson does a fantastic job at making Erica such a believably strong, independent, sassy girl who can check anybody and put them in their place when the timing fits. That aside, she plays a more pivotal role in later seasons even if she becomes reduced to a look-out role for the majority of the final season, watching out for immediate threats and radioing to those actually in on the action to warn them. And then we have Vecna, finishing just above his sister turned adversary Eleven. Given the character of Vecna wasn't conceived right at the beginning of the show, it becomes very apparent that was the case in the opening moments of the final season where we have quite a jarring link back to how all of this began that isn't quite as believable as it could be. Nonetheless, Jamie Campbell Bower puts in a magnificent performance as the villain right until the very end. Vecna is continually becoming more and more powerful as the show goes on; more of a threat than the Mind Flayer even if we're supposed to believe that they 'became one' by the end. Some of the most impactful Vecna (or should I say Henry) moments come from the looking back at the time spent in Hawkins Lab, however, as well as his communication (and interception from) Will in the final season. The results so far: 8. Erica Sinclair 9. Henry Creel / Vecna 10. Eleven / Jane Hopper 11. Holly Wheeler 12. Will Byers 13. Jonathan Byers 14. Eddie Munson 15. Karen Wheeler 16. Mike Wheeler 17. Murray Bauman 18. Bob Newby 19. Martin Brenner 20. Jim Hopper 21. Sam Owens 22. Derek Turnbow 23. Argyle 24. Billy Hargrove 25. Dr. Kay In Round 10, vote for your LEAST FAVOURITE character from Stranger Things. Round 10 will be another DOUBLE ELIMINATION. Feel free to comment along the way too with thoughts on each character as you vote or as they are eliminated.

  11. ⚠️ This Live Show has been deemed unsafe for children aged 11 or younger. Please exercise caution. It's been quite the journey through space so far for Pop Fleet 26. Many have fallen, but now the final fifteen artists have landed on the World of Live Shows, touching down and ready to fight on to win The Pop Factor: Season 2, bragging rights being the last artist standing to find Lady BuzzJack, and the grand prize of the £20 Amazon Gift Card! How it works: As you all know, Lily Allen, ROSALÍA and Conan Gray fought their way back into the competition with The Platinum Paije Rock of Hopes and Dreams and have also landed on the World of Live Shows. Once you've listened to all of the artists perform in Live Show One, you should post your votes in this thread, ranking the performances from favourite to least favourite. Please post a list that states clearly which is your favourite down to least favourite, or use the below format: 01 (favourite) 02 03 04-12 13 14 15 (least favourite) For those voting that are competing in the Live Show, you must vote. Failure to vote by a competing artist will result in a 30 point deduction from your final score. As always, if you are not competing in The Pop Factor you are more than welcome to cast your vote too - whether you've been an observer for the beginning or your artist has been eliminated! And that's not all... When voting closes, we'll cross over to the results show where TWO artists will be eliminated from the competition. The first - the artist with the least points - will be eliminated from the competition automatically. The remaining bottom two artists with the least points will then come face to face with our four judges: Commander Eye Sack, Le Jé d’Eleven, The Rogue Trader and Jimmy-Jam Watts. They will decide the artist that remains in the competition. Voting closes on Saturday 28 March 2026, 17:59 GMT So without further ado, let's get Live Show One underway... IT'S TIME TO FACE THE MUSIC! 01 02 03 04 05 06 07 08 09 10 11 12 13 14 15 Standard list of entries: ABBA - Super Trouper Florence + the Machine - Hurricane Drunk Lily Allen - Madeline Troye Sivan - Bloom Chappell Roan - Red Wine Supernova David Bowie - Ashes to Ashes Scissor Sisters - She’s My Man Atomic Kitten - Be With You Kelly Clarkson - Never Again Nelly Furtado - Big Hoops (Bigger the Better) The Corrs - Irresistible ROSALÍA - PIENSO EN TU MIRÁ - Cap.3: Celos HAIM - If I Could Change Your Mind Delta Goodrem - Believe Again Conan Gray - Maniac

Decided to give this a go and honestly was quite surprised at how much I enjoyed it! The only bad part for me was Wet Leg not really a fan. Can't say I'm too excited about Wolf Alice or Kasabian coming up either, but hey ho. Pretty much all of the sketches apart from the movie one made me laugh one way or another and the cast all seem really good, but the standout was definitely Jack Shep! Diana, cuntified Shakespeare, please give him loads to do for the rest of the series girls! I love that they weren't afraid to go dark too with Undérage and then a lot of the Weekend Update too, that's missing far too much from watered-down, new British comedy at the moment I feel.

The Pop Factor: Season 2 The second season of The Pop Factor began on 1 February 2026 following a teaser, in the theme of The X Factor, that was shown prior. The competition ended on 23 April 2026 and was won by ABBA, the artist mentored by BuzzJack member Julian_. The runner-up was Lily Allen, mentored by BuzzJack member JosephStyles and in third place was Kelly Clarkson, mentored by BuzzJack member Scene; marking Scene's second Grand Final: Part Two appearance after winning with Avril Lavigne in the first season. ABBA won the competition with their winners' single The Winner Takes It All. The second season saw a number of changes introduced, including the introduction of themes, a different approach to the Auditions and Boot Camp stages of the competition, as well as an overarching theme involving Lady BuzzJack disappearing from the homepage of BuzzJack with the artists competing in a space mission aboard Pop Fleet 26 to find her and return her safely before time runs out. Presented by: Calum Executive producers: Calum, Tafty Winner: ABBA Winning mentor: Julian_ Winners' single: The Winner Takes It All Winning category: Groups Duration of competition: 1 February - 23 April 2026 About During the registration process for this season - referred to as the Pop Detection Unit - BuzzJack members were permitted to register any eligible pop artist to compete. Any artists on BuzzJack with a Club (Artist Forum) or that had previously participated in The Pop Factor were not eligible. Although spaces in the competition were limited in the first season, this was not the case in the second season and a total of 39 artists were chosen, with 13 artists in each of the three categories. The 39 artists that competed in the second season of The Pop Factor were: Artist Category Mentor Result ABBA Groups Julian_ Winner Lily Allen Solo Female JosephStyles Runner-up Kelly Clarkson Solo Female Scene Third Place Conan Gray Solo Male -Jay-, ElectroBoy 4th Scissor Sisters Groups awardinary 5th Atomic Kitten Groups Lukuzz 6th Delta Goodrem Solo Female gooddelta 7th Florence + the Machine Groups elgornio 8th David Bowie Solo Male Chez Wombat 9th ROSALÍA Solo Female Bror 10th Chappell Roan Solo Female Lindsey. 11th Troye Sivan Solo Male Tafty 12th HAIM Groups Josh! 13th Nelly Furtado Solo Female danG 14th The Corrs Groups Paddington James 15th The Weeknd Solo Male Mangø 16th= George Michael Solo Male DaTilt Kesha Solo Female Jack Ruel Solo Male Calum Blondie Groups Jade Nik Kershaw Solo Male King Rollo FKA twigs Solo Female !!! Each artist performed for the first time within their categories. When voting closed it was announced that no artists would be eliminated from the competition and that they would all progress to a second round of auditions - known as The Orbit Auditions - to perform again. Before The Orbit Auditions began, it was announced that there were three impostor artists not mentored by members of BuzzJack that had entered the competition and clues were given as to their identities. All of the artists were given the opportunity to solve all of the clues and the artist that solved all three clues correctly would win a power-up known as The Rebecca Ferguson Lobster of Resurrection that they could use in future rounds to save themselves from being eliminated if they placed last in a round. The power-up was available up to and including the Judges' Houses stage of the competition. The Rebecca Ferguson Lobster of Resurrection was won by Erasure, mentored by BuzzJack member dandy*, and was used to save them from elimination however, ultimately, was not required and did not change the outcome of the round. After The Orbit Auditions began, Michelle Branch - from the Solo Female category - withdrew from the competition citing personal reasons. As a result, the three highest-scoring solo female artists from The Earth Auditions and The Orbit Auditions combined would not compete in Boot Camp: Part One, and would automatically progress to Boot Camp: Part Two. After results from both auditions rounds had been combined, it was announced that Kelly Clarkson, Chappell Roan and Nelly Furtado would automatically progress to Boot Camp: Part Two. It was also announced that Markus Riva and Girlicious were eliminated as the lowest-scoring artists in their respective categories. No artist was eliminated from the Solo Female category. Boot Camp Different to how the Boot Camp stage of the competition was held in the first season of The Pop Factor, there were two parts to Boot Camp, all of the artists remained separated by categories, and it saw the introduction of themes following feedback at the conclusion of the first season. Boot Camp: Part One saw the 32 remaining artists (excluding Kelly Clarkson, Chappell Roan and Nelly Furtado) perform within their categories following the theme All-Out Pop Bangers!. After voting closed Nadia Oh, Guitarricadelafuente and Ace of Base were eliminated as the lowest-scoring artists. Boot Camp: Part Two saw the remaining artists (including Kelly Clarkson, Chappell Roan and Nelly Furtado) perform within their categories, this time following the theme The Deepest of Cuts. After voting closed Toni Braxton, Shawn Mendes and The 1975 were eliminated as the lowest-scoring artists. Judges' Houses Locations: The Kittysphere (Solo Female), Twinktopia (Solo Male), The Planet Ireland (Groups) Special Guests: Avril Lavigne, The Twink Overlord, Demon Walsh In the fifth round, the 27 remaining artists performed at different locations. The Solo Female category performed on The Kittysphere where Avril Lavigne, the winner of Season 1 of The Pop Factor, was a special guest and LiSA was eliminated. The Solo Male category performed on Twinktopia where The Twink Overlord was a special guest and Eric Saade was eliminated. And finally, the Groups category performed on The Planet Ireland where Demon Walsh was a special guest and The Chicks were eliminated. The Black Hole Battles WIth 24 artists remaining in the competition, it was announced that, like the first season, there would be a 'battles' round titled The Black Hole Battles before the Live Shows stage of the competition. Different to the first season, The Black Hole Battles took place near a black hole that the artists would be sucked into in the event they lost their battle and were eliminated from the competition. Also different to the first season, the 24 artists performed aware of the artist they were competing against in order to progress. This meant that 12 artists would progress to Live Shows, while 12 would be eliminated from the competition. It was announced that the 12 artists eliminated from the competition at this stage would become eligible, alongside the previously eliminated artists, to compete for The Platinum Paije Rock of Hopes and Dreams. After voting closed, it was announced which artists had won their respective battles and which had been eliminated. The battles were as follows: Conan Gray v Scissor Sisters Chappell Roan v ROSALÍA Nelly Furtado v Blondie Florence + the Machine v FKA twigs Troye Sivan v Nik Kershaw Kesha v Kelly Clarkson Delta Goodrem v Fred again.. The Weeknd v ABBA Atomic Kitten v George Michael Erasure v David Bowie The Corrs v Ruel Lily Allen v HAIM Highlighted in orange are the winners of each battle. Following their eliminations in this round being the losers of their battles, Conan Gray, ROSALÍA, Blondie, FKA twigs, Nik Kershaw, Kesha, Fred again.., The Weeknd, George Michael, Erasure, Ruel and Lily Allen were eliminated from the competition but returned in the following round to compete for The Platinum Paije Rock of Hopes and Dreams. The Scoop Earlier in the competition, it was announced that artists eliminated prior to the beginning of Live Shows would be eligible to return and compete for a chance to re-enter the competition and join the 12 artists that had progressed to Live Shows. The Scoop referred to a passing spacecraft that had scooped the eliminated artists up in space and saved them from the black hole. Pieces of space debris were awarded to each artist during voting and the three artists* with the most pieces of space debris at the end of voting would receive The Platinum Paije Rock of Hopes and Dreams. Ultimately, Lily Allen, ROSALÍA and Conan Gray (all eliminated at The Black Hole Battles) won the most pieces of space debris and therefore re-entered the competition, progressing to Live Shows. *initially, only one artist would have progressed to Live Shows, however following public consultation, it was agreed that three artists would re-enter the competition given the large number of artists competing to win The Platinum Paije Rock of Hopes and Dreams Live Shows Artist Live Show 1 Live Show 2 Live Show 3 Live Show 4 Semi Final Final: Part One Final: Part Two ABBA Safe Safe Safe Safe Bottom 2 Safe Winner Lily Allen Safe Safe Safe Safe Safe Safe Runner-up Kelly Clarkson Safe Safe Safe Bottom 2 Safe Safe Third Place Conan Gray Safe Safe Safe Safe Safe 4th Eliminated Scissor Sisters Bottom 2 Safe Safe Safe Safe 5th Eliminated Atomic Kitten Safe Safe Safe Safe Bottom 2 Eliminated, Semi Final Delta Goodrem Safe Safe Safe Safe 7th Eliminated, Semi Final Florence + the Machine Safe Safe Safe Bottom 2 Eliminated, Live Show 4 David Bowie Safe Bottom 2 Bottom 2 9th Eliminated, Live Show 4 ROSALÍA Safe Safe Bottom 2 Eliminated, Live Show 3 Chappell Roan Safe Safe 11th Eliminated, Live Show 3 Troye Sivan Safe Bottom 2 Eliminated, Live Show 2 HAIM Safe 13th Eliminated, Live Show 2 Nelly Furtado Bottom 2 Eliminated, Live Show 1 The Corrs 15th Eliminated, Live Show 1 Live Show One After winning The Platinum Paije Rock of Hopes and Dreams, Lily Allen, ROSALÍA and Conan Gray re-entered the competition meaning that the Live Shows stage began with 15 artists in Live Show One. All 15 artists performed - with it being announced previously that each Live Show would feature a double elimination - and when voting closed it was announced that The Corrs had been automatically eliminated from the competition in 15th place as the artist with the lowest overall score. Afterwards, the bottom 2 artists faced the four judges who would decide the artist that remained in the competition and progressed to Live Show Two, and the artist that would be eliminated in 14th place. Judges: Commander Eye Sack, Le Jé d'Eleven, The Rogue Trader, Jimmy-Jam Watts Note: Commander Eye Sack returned to the judging panel as a permanent judge having previously appeared during The Black Hole Battles. At that stage of the competition, his votes would have been doubled to break any ties in the battles; however there were no ties. The Rogue Trader appeared as a guest judge in the first season of The Pop Factor, and returned to the judging panel as a permanent judge for the second season. Le Jé d'Eleven and Jimmy-Jam Watts both joined the judging panel for the first time. Bottom two: Nelly Furtado, Scissor Sisters Commander Eye Sack vote to save: Scissor Sisters Le Jé d'Eleven vote to save: Nelly Furtado The Rogue Trader vote to save: Scissor Sisters Jimmy-Jam Watts vote to save: Nelly Furtado Since the guest judges could not reach a majority verdict on which artist to save and which artist to eliminate from the competition, the outcome was decided by reverting back to the public voting. Nelly Furtado received the fewest points in the public vote. Eliminated: Nelly Furtado Judges' decision vs. public vote: N/A; guest judges did not reach a majority decision and therefore the public vote decided the outcome. Live Show Two Following the eliminations of Nelly Furtado and The Corrs, the remaining 13 artists competed in Live Show Two in an attempt to progress to Live Show Three. The second Live Show was sub-titled The Ballads of a Broken-Hearted BuzzJack and each of the artists performed a ballad. After voting closed, the artist that had received the fewest points in the public vote was automatically eliminated from the competition in 13th place, while the next two artists with the fewest points in the public vote faced the four judges who decided the artist that remained in the competition and progressed to Live Show Three, and the artist that would be eliminated in 12th place. Automatically eliminated: HAIM Judges: Commander Eye Sack, Le Jé d'Eleven, The Rogue Trader, Jimmy-Jam Watts Bottom two: David Bowie, Troye Sivan Commander Eye Sack vote to save: David Bowie Le Jé d'Eleven vote to save: Troye Sivan The Rogue Trader vote to save: Troye Sivan Jimmy-Jam Watts vote to save: David Bowie Since the guest judges could not reach a majority verdict on which artist to save and which artist to eliminate from the competition, the outcome was decided by reverting back to the public voting. Troye Sivan received the fewest points in the public vote. Eliminated: Troye Sivan Judges' decision vs. public vote: N/A; guest judges did not reach a majority decision and therefore the public vote decided the outcome. Live Show Three Following the eliminations of HAIM and Troye Sivan, the remaining 11 artists competed in Live Show Three in an attempt to progress to Live Show Four. The third Live Show returned to a free choice format with no theme. After voting closed, the artist that had received the fewest points in the public vote was automatically eliminated from the competition in 11th place, while the next two artists with the fewest points in the public vote faced the four guest judges - including guest judge Veronica Viper, a returnee from Season 1 of The Pop Factor, in place of The Rogue Trader - who decided the artist that remained in the competition and progressed to Live Show Four, and the artist that would be eliminated in 10th place. Automatically eliminated: Chappell Roan Judges: Commander Eye Sack, Le Jé d'Eleven, Veronica Viper*, Jimmy-Jam Watts *Veronica Viper - who had previously appeared as a guest judge in the first season of The Pop Factor - returned to the judging panel as a special guest in the absence of The Rogue Trader, who was absent from the third Live Show Bottom two: David Bowie, ROSALÍA Commander Eye Sack vote to save: ROSALÍA Le Jé d'Eleven vote to save: David Bowie Veronica Viper vote to save: ROSALÍA Jimmy-Jam Watts vote to save: David Bowie Since the guest judges could not reach a majority verdict on which artist to save and which artist to eliminate from the competition for the third consecutive time, the outcome was decided by reverting back to the public voting. ROSALÍA received the fewest points in the public vote. Eliminated: ROSALÍA Judges' decision vs. public vote: N/A; guest judges did not reach a majority decision and therefore the public vote decided the outcome. At the conclusion of Live Show Three and with ROSALÍA finishing in 10th place, this meant that both Conan Gray and David Bowie had become the highest-placing Solo Male artists in the competition to date, a record previously held by Charlie Puth who finished in 10th place in the first season of The Pop Factor. Up to and including Live Show Three, the second season of The Pop Factor has not yet seen the judging panel reach an overall majority verdict with every vote going to deadlock and reverting to the public vote to decide the outcome. Live Show Four Following the eliminations of Chappell Roan and ROSALÍA, the remaining 9 artists competed in Live Show Four in an attempt to progress to the Semi Final. The fourth Live Show was sub-titled The Fable of the Floppy Fishes and each of the artists performed a 'flop' that failed to chart in the top 40 in the UK, the US, and the artist's home country if different. After voting closed, the artist that had received the fewest points in the public vote was automatically eliminated from the competition in 9th place, while the next two artists with the fewest points in the public vote faced the four judges who decided the artist that remained in the competition and progressed to the Semi Final, and the artist that would be eliminated in 8th place. Automatically eliminated: David Bowie Judges: Commander Eye Sack, Le Jé d'Eleven, The Rogue Trader, Jimmy-Jam Watts Bottom two: Florence + the Machine, Kelly Clarkson Commander Eye Sack vote to save: Florence + the Machine Le Jé d'Eleven vote to save: Kelly Clarkson The Rogue Trader vote to save: Florence + the Machine Jimmy-Jam Watts vote to save: Kelly Clarkson Since the guest judges could not reach a majority verdict on which artist to save and which artist to eliminate from the competition for the fourth consecutive time, the outcome was decided by reverting back to the public voting. Florence + the Machine received the fewest points in the public vote. Eliminated: Florence + the Machine Judges' decision vs. public vote: N/A; guest judges did not reach a majority decision and therefore the public vote decided the outcome. After Live Show Four had concluded, David Bowie's elimination in 9th place meant that Conan Gray had become the highest-placing Solo Male artist in the competition to date, guaranteed to finish the competition in at least 7th place. Up to and including Live Show Four, the second season of The Pop Factor had not yet seen the judging panel reach an overall majority verdict with every vote going to deadlock and reverting to the public vote to decide the outcome. Semi Final Following the eliminations of David Bowie and Florence + the Machine, as well as another deadlocked decision from the judging panel, the remaining 7 artists competed in the Semi Final, attempting to progress to the Grand Final. For the Semi Final, there was no theme and Live Show Four's theme was confirmed to be the last in the season. After voting closed, the artist that had received the fewest points in the public vote was automatically eliminated from the competition in 7th place, while the next two artists with the fewest points in the public vote faced the four judges - for the final time - who would decide the artist that remained in the competition and progressed to the Grand Final, and the artist that would be eliminated in 6th place. Automatically eliminated: Delta Goodrem Judges: Commander Eye Sack, Le Jé d'Eleven, The Rogue Trader, Jimmy-Jam Watts Bottom two: ABBA, Atomic Kitten Commander Eye Sack vote to save: ABBA Le Jé d'Eleven vote to save: Atomic Kitten The Rogue Trader vote to save: ABBA Jimmy-Jam Watts vote to save: ABBA Eliminated: Atomic Kitten Guest judges' decision vs. public vote: Atomic Kitten received the fewest points in the public vote, guest judges' majority decision agreed. The Semi Final marked the first - and only - time in the season the judging panel reached an overall majority verdict, resulting in Atomic Kitten's elimination from the competition with only one vote to save from Le Jé d'Eleven. The Grand Final: Part One After Delta Goodrem and Atomic Kitten were eliminated from the competition, the remaining 5 artists (now finalists of the second season of The Pop Factor) competed in Part One of the two-part Grand Final. ABBA, Conan Gray, Kelly Clarkson, Lily Allen and Scissor Sisters performed again attempting to progress to Part Two. In a change from the first season, there was no Guest Judge Supreme deciding which one of the acts in 3rd, 4th and 5th place would progress to Part Two. Voting for the winner in the Grand Final was based entirely on public votes. The three artists with the most points would progress to Part Two, while the two artists with the fewest points would be eliminated from the competition in 4th and 5th place. Highest scoring artists (progressing to Part Two): ABBA, Kelly Clarkson, Lily Allen Eliminated: Conan Gray, Scissor Sisters The Grand Final: Part Two After Conan Gray and Scissor Sisters were eliminated from the competition, Part Two of the Grand Final began. ABBA, Kelly Clarkson and Lily Allen competed by performing their winners' singles in a bid to be crowned the second winner of The Pop Factor. The final outcome to decide the winner of the season was decided solely by public vote - as with Part One - however votes from Part One were not carried over. When voting closed, finalist Conan Gray returned to perform his single The Best as a special guest, and it was revealed that the evil mastermind behind the capture of Lady BuzzJack - birthing Pop Fleet 26's mission to save her - was Evil JonasStyles. After, it was announced that ABBA had won the second season of The Pop Factor, with Lily Allen finishing as runner-up and Kelly Clarkson in third place. ABBA's winners' single was The Winner Takes It All. Winner: ABBA Runner-up: Lily Allen Third place: Kelly Clarkson Finalists winners' singles ABBA: The Winner Takes It All Lily Allen: Hard Out Here Kelly Clarkson: Sober Conan Gray: Winner Scissor Sisters: Comfortably Numb
  15. You're all too gagged that @seven. did that and pulled off the biggest blinder of the competition
  16. I'm still waiting for @JosephStyles to chastise me as promised for not sending Destroyer to either the battles or the Platinum Paije (I promised him I would then just sent Wild Guess > Hard Sometimes instead, both two of my absolute favourites of Ruel's ) I think there's one more song I was toying over sending for Ruel in a few rounds but just didn't end up going with thinking it maybe wouldn't land, but I adore it :
  17. Indeed
  18. With a deduction on top
  19. I'm still conflicted on whether to reveal the full results for this round because I don't want anyone feeling like shit about how their artist performed vs the rest. Might wait until the end of the season
  20. No theme for Live Show One, so just free choice until I hit you with a theme in a future round
  21. Nope, those that lost their battles are just in a random order in the list of eliminated contestants I've got on my document!
  22. FINAL 15: CONFIRM YOUR LIVE SHOW ONE SONG CHOICE HERE! You have until 17:59 TOMORROW. In the meantime, let's all continue to celebrate the eliminated artists and spread the love

Daft Punk) [1st, 230 points] Round 6: The Black Hole Battles - Can't Feel My Face (LOSE) Round 7: The Scoop - I Feel It Coming (feat. Daft Punk) [Unsuccessful] And finally, three artists that missed out on Live Shows by a chin hair, all being very successful in each of the rounds up to this point. Starting with Kesha, she topped the leaderboard with Blow and despite not being Jack's first choice of artist for the competition, I'd say he's done a pretty remarkable job with her here, showcasing a range of different songs from bops old and new to ballads like Praying. Jack matches his previous record in The Pop Factor, eliminated at the same stage Fifth Harmony were in the first season. George Michael... I have only just noticed came fourth in every single round besides The Black Hole Battles and The Scoop where it was impossible to do so haha. DaTilt joined the second season as a newcomer and did a flawless job representing the late George Michael in my opinion. A good variety of classic, monster hits as well as some lesser known tracks. And it paid off. And then finally, Mango had a bit of a yo-yo trajectory with The Weeknd in the competition, topping the solo male leaderboard on occasion and then dropping down the leaderboard when it came to The Weeknd's lesser known (or liked) songs. Nonetheless, amazing job here showcasing some of his absolute best. Thank you all three of you for bringing it And that's all of the eliminated artists' identities revealed thank you so much to everybody for sticking with it for as long as you all have so far and for keeping the secrets. You can relax and be free now x
  24. 16= was mentored by... @King Rollo Nik Kershaw in The Pop Factor: Season 2 Round 1: The Earth Auditions - The Riddle (3rd, 360 points) Round 2: The Orbit Auditions - Gone to Pieces (8th, 226 points) Round 3: Boot Camp: Part One - Dancing Girls (8th, 157 points) Round 4: Boot Camp: Part Two - You Might (5th, 206 points) Round 5: Judges' Houses - Sometimes (with Les Rythmes Digitales) [8th, 144 points] Round 6: The Black Hole Battles - Wouldn’t It Be Good (LOSE) Round 7: The Scoop - I Won’t Let the Sun Go Down on Me (Unsuccessful) and... 16= were mentored by... @Jade Blondie in The Pop Factor: Season 2 Round 1: The Earth Auditions - Maria (1st, 398 points) Round 2: The Orbit Auditions - Hanging On the Telephone (1st, 295 points) Round 3: Boot Camp: Part One - Denis (6th, 181 points) Round 4: Boot Camp: Part Two - Shayla (5th, 186 points) Round 5: Judges' Houses - Sunday Girl (4th, 178 points) Round 6: The Black Hole Battles - One Way or Another (LOSE) Round 7: The Scoop - Call Me (Unsuccessful) and... 16= was mentored by... @Calum Ruel in The Pop Factor: Season 2 Round 1: The Earth Auditions - What a Life (with DMA'S) [9th, 213 points] Round 2: The Orbit Auditions - Not What's Going On (6th, 231 points) Round 3: Boot Camp: Part One - YOU AGAINST YOURSELF (8th, 157 points) Round 4: Boot Camp: Part Two - SITTING IN TRAFFIC (9th, 121 points) Round 5: Judges' Houses - I Can Die Now (7th, 146 points) Round 6: The Black Hole Battles - Wild Guess (LOSE) Round 7: The Scoop - Hard Sometimes (Unsuccessful) King Rollo took Pet Shop Boys all the way to the final in Season 1 of The Pop Factor, and at the beginning of the competition here it looked like he was onto another winner with retro artist Nik Kershaw, coming in strong in third place with The Riddle against all the other solo male artists. Unfortunately as the competition went on it looked like support was dwindling slightly, but King Rollo went out on a high with some classic bops and in both seasons now has brought something truly unique to the competition. Jade was the mastermind behind Blondie, and it feels rotten that an artist with a track record as successful as Blondie's they're no longer in the competition, coming first in two rounds and never really leaving the top half of the leaderboard. Jade did an amazing job with them, and matches her best where Addison Rae exited the competition in Season 1. It was quite satisfying seeing so many songs that were just people's names coming in, can't lie. And then finally, onto little old me. I thought it would be fairly obvious I was one of the twinks in the competition (spoiler alert: I was actually going to enter ABBA this season, but when somebody registered them I just couldn't bring myself to say no to them), but then Shawn was entered and I knew I had some good cover. Ruel joins the elite club of artists that have released new music since the competition started too, and it's a crying shame Don't Say That couldn't have slayed the competition for him given it seems to be going down well with BuzzJack. Well done and thank you to Rollo and Jade though STREAM DON'T SAY THAT BY RUEL NOW FOR 10 YEARS' GOOD LUCK
  25. Was bopping along to all your choices every round so f*** the haters you did fab x Also apologies for the slow pace everybody, but just two lots of three left to reveal and then the final 15 will be able to start confirming their song choices for the first Live Show
