But not from her first single as after "Holiday" two singles peaked outside the Top 10, " Lucky star" @ 14 and the first release of "Borderline" @ 56.

Kylie " je ne sais pas pourquoi" was number 2 for 3 weeks and was kept off by Enya. Robin Beck was not number one when "Pourquoi " was at number 2, Kylie was number 3.

Madonna may have spent 70 weeks in the charts but has not sold in the regions of the other three. Madonna's has sold 320,000 which is not much for 70 weeks on the chart but saying that it only spent 5 weeks in the top 40.
