Hope that 'My Oh My' goes first its easily the most grating song on there. Actually like 'Dance To The Music', its one of my faves, but looks like I'm in the minority here just like with 'Hands' on 'Tension I' as that went in the first round also. I will keep this open until Wednesday

This is very close so far

Five - Closer To Me

My Oh My gets my first vote

Happy New Year & Welcome Buzzjack to the latest Kylie Minogue album survivor poll & let's kick off the new year with Kylie's latest offering Tension II, Kylie's 17th studio album & the sequel to her 2023 'Tension' (which I did a poll for last year). So sit back and enjoy as for the next few months we visit and vote, then eventually see what's Buzzjack's favourite 'Tension 2' track. There's 13 songs in the running & as usual the rules are simple, just vote for your Least Fave album track and the one with the most votes will be out in the next round which will be between 5-7 days, so get voting.

If it wasn't for the drama then I wouldn't be watching this season as the line-up and challenges have been terrible, Minhi Wang winning that design challenge was highly questionable & feel like nobody is giving strong winner vibes. Virgo Queen is doing the best so far, but that snatch game performance along with everybody else was dire. The worst snatch game i've ever seen. Did anyone catch that teaser at the end for the next episode, looks like somebody's gonna walk out.

p6Cnazi_Fi0 WINNER: Padam Padam - 8 Votes Well there you have it the winner of Kylie's 'Tension' survivor poll is Padam Padam, the lead single which led this project and went on to become one of Kylie's biggest hits by reaching a #8 peak on the UK charts, becoming her first top 10 hit since 2010 and its a well earned success and has made her one of the few artists to score top 10 hits 5 decades. The song is a sleek jam with breathy and seductive vocals and an infectious chorus. It may take some a few listens to fully love it, but this is a cracking gem that made Kylie a dominating force in the charts for the first time in many years. 8-aEr4WRPYk 2nd. Tension - 14 Votes In the runner-up spot is the second single the title track Tension, which received 14 votes and while it didn't come close to winning it's a more than worthy follow-up to the mammoth lead single. This takes a different turn when compared to the lead single with its banging 90's house dance beats and robotic vocals, but its equally as addictive and well crafted thanks to its euphoric production and it gave Kylie yet another smash hit by peaking at #19 on the UK charts which makes this her 53rd top 40 entry and its easily up there with some of her best work of all-time. Well that's it for now until next time when i'll be doing Tension II survivor in the new year and I would just like to thank everybody whose taken part and made these polls an adventure to behold. 'A World Without You' SHOULD have been the X-Mas single for 2001, could have easily gone top 5/10, especially with the radio edit version. It could have easily pushed a few more album sales and kept the momentum going into the new year. Then have 'High On Love' as the final single to close out the era & maybe hell the album earn a Platinum certification. This would have been the perfect era if it had gone like planned April '01: What Took You So Long Aug '01: Take My Breath Away Dec '01: A World Without You Mar '02: High On Love

Least fave: Tension Padam, Padam for the WIN Looks like its gonna be a close one. Once this is done the next album survivor poll will most likely be 'Tension II', I'll start that after X-Mas, maybe in the new year

Welcome Kylie fans to the GRAND FINALE of the 'Tension' survivor polls & months of voting we are finally down to our final 2, which means that finishing in 3rd place with a whopping 19 votes is Hold On To Now, released in October 2023 as the album's 3rd and final single. This was one of the first songs written for the album and was originally slated to be released as the lead single, before 'PP' came along. The song was created from a voice note Kylie sent to Biff Stannard in 2021 and Kylie herself has stated that this song is her favourite from the album. A superb single choice that deserved so much more than it got (we should have a music video at the very least). A cracking electro/pop anthem that stands as one of her very best compositions in recent years with its euphoric synths, angelic vocals and fantastic beats that ramps up during the second half of the song. Right then it's just the first 2 singles left Padam Padam vs Tension, same rules apply just vote for your least fave track and the one with the least amount of votes will be the final winner, so remember choose wisely. Results 03rd. Hold On To Now - 19/73.08% 04th. Things We Do For Love - 9/56.25% 05th. Vegas High - 10/41.67% 06th. Story - 7/38.89% 07th. You Still Get Me High - 8/38.10% 08th. 'Hold On To Now'

Welcome to the Semi-Finals of Kylie Minogue's 'Tension' Survivor polls & we say goodbye to the last non-single album track Things We Do For Love which gained a hefty 9 votes out of 16. Which means that everything left are singles. Kylie co-wrote the song with Anya Jones, Camille "Kamille" Purrell, Jon Green, and producers Duck Blackwell and Richard "Biff" Stannard. The song was recorded on the same day as 'Tension (song)' and was praised by music critics & fans upon the album's release. Despite not being released as a single it managed to chart on the UK single sales & downloads charts at #69 & #67 respectively. A stunning synth-pop driven track that builds and builds throughout and leads to a joyful euphoric chorus. Pure pop bliss and if there was gonna be a 4th single from this album, then this would have been the perfect choice. Right then guys we are down to just 3 tracks now 'Padam Padam', 'Hold On To Now' & 'Tension'. Same rules apply just vote for your least fave track and the one with the most will be out by the next round which will be that all important FINAL ROUND, so choose wisely. Results 04th. Things We Do For Love - 9/56.25% 05th. Vegas High - 10/41.67% 06th. Story - 7/38.89% 07th. You Still Get Me High - 8/38.10% 08th. Somebody To Love - 36pts =10th. One More Time - 11/22.00% =10th. Let's get a few more votes, then close this down tomorrow. Looks 'Things We Do For Love' is a dead cert to go next.

Another excellent episode last night & the best makeover episode ever. Glad Marmalade has finally got a win, after 4 high placements it just felt right. Loved the sit down chat between RuPaul and the queens it was very moving. The correct bottom 2 and it was Charra Tea's time to go. The roast next week will be interesting the front runners Kyran and La Voix could do well and snatch another win either way, but hoping Lill might get it & make it to the final 4. I predict a bottom 2 of Rileasa and Marmalade for the next episode, but who knows.
