  11. Here's my singles run for this era: MAY '23 - Padam Padam AUG '23 - Tension OCT '23 - Hold On To Now - The most obvious choice for singe #3, a firm fan fave already & following the success of the first 2 singles, this could may well give Kylie a top 40 hit. NOV '23 - Vegas High - This could conicde with her Vegas residency, not sure if I'd have this as a fully fledged single, maybe as a promotional single with a fun Las Vegas inspired music video. Kinda like what 'Golden (single)' was for her 2018 album of the same name. JAN '24 - Hands (Remix) - Maybe have this released sooner, but give this a remix collaboration, like she did with 'Real Groove' & could easily boost the album's streaming numbers & even keep the album selling into the new year. APRIL '24 - Things We Do For Love (PROMO) - Release this as a radio promo on BBC Radio 2 as a farewell to this era & then maybe release a special edition of the album later in the year & include 'Running' as one of the new tracks.
  12. Shakira - She Wolf
  13. Bob The Builder - Can We Fix It?
  14. I've made this poll multiple choice so you can pick as many as you want. I know it's very early days but Kylie's done it again and delivered an amazing album with so many great tracks & we're spoilt for choices with singles. Yes I have decided to include the bonus tracks just in case. What would be your choices, vote now.
  15. Really love this album already, its always an event everytime the legendary Kylie Minogue releases an album. 'Tension' is ranked in my top 5 fave albums from Kylie behind 'Light Years', 'Fever' & 'Aphrodite'. Apart from the singles my faves so far are 'Hold On To Now', 'Vegas High', 'Green Light' & 'Hands'. 'Hold On To Now' as to be the next single, followed by 'Vegas High' as single #4, that would be my ideal run of singles. Padam Padam Tension Hold On To Now Vegas High
  16. Oops I missed this last night, but here's my rating of each track on Tension upon first listen: 01. Padam Padam - 10/10 02. Hold On To Now - 10/10 03. Things We Do For Love - 9/10 04. Tension - 10/10 05. One More Time - 7/10 06. You Still Get Me High - 8/10 07. Hands - 10/10 08. Green Light - 9/10 09. Vegas High - 10/10 10. 10 Out of 10 - 8/10 11. Story - 8/10 12. Love Train - 6/10 13. Just Imagine - 7/10 14. Somebody to Love - 8/10 My Ranking Padam Padam Hold On To Now Tension Vegas High Hands Green Light Things We Do For Love Story You Still Get Me High Somebody To Love 10 Out of 10 One More Time Just Imagine Love Story
  17. All 3 of these are amazing & it was between 'Tension' & 'Magic' but went with the former. 1. Tension - 10/10 - Kylie still serving classic banging tunes. After making a strong comeback with the lead Kylie manages to deliver something just as incredible with its house music beats and that build to the chorus, talk about building the tension (pardon the pun). The song somehow manages to feel fresh & timeless at the same time. 2. Magic - 10/10 - This was an instant standout for me with its cool & smooth rhythms and classy disco beats. An instant Kylie classic. 3. Stop Me From Falling - 9/10 - Weren't sure about this at first, but soon grew on me the more I heard it. The Gente De Zona remix is the best version of this track, giving it a Latin flavour that makes it pop even more.
  18. Enrique Iglesias Ft Kelis - Not In Love
  19. Truth Hurts Ft Rakim - Addictive
  20. Streets - Fit But You Know It

  23. Wait a minute, this is too deep (Too Deep) I gotta change the station 0habxsuXW4g 1. We Belong Together | 9.976 Highest Scores: 11: (gooddelta, JackTheeStallion, Simon, elgornio, Lukuzz, Jord, vibe, AaronTM), 10: (Nina West, Josh, Jade, Liam.k., JosephStyles, rafik4u, Jay), Lowest Scores: 7: (Jessie Where) Well there you have it guys, Buzzjack's favourite Mariah Carey single is none other than We Belong Together, released in March 2005 as the 2nd single from Mariah's 10th studio album The Emancipation of Mimi and incorporates lyrics from Bobby Womack's "If You Think You're Lonely Now" (1981) and the Deele's "Two Occasions" (1987). The song was written by Mariah, Jermaine Dupri, Manuel Seal, and Johntá Austin and produced by the former three. This track and the lead single were the last songs recorded for the album, after Mariah returned to Atlanta for a second meeting with Jermaine and she described her sentiments regarding this song as it gave her chills & had a great feeling about it when they finished it, something she knew was special even in it's original demo form. Upon release the song became a career re-defining moment for the artist, where many had considered her career over after her career stalled during the early 00's. The song broke chart records in the USA & became her 16th #1 hit & stayed there for 14 non-consecutive weeks, it joined four other songs in a tie as the third longest running number one song in US chart history, including one of her own song's 'One Sweet Day'. It was listed by Billboard as the 'song of the decade'. Elsewhere it also managed to top the charts in Australia & reached top 5 peaks in more than 10 countries, including Ireland, Netherlands, New Zealand, Spain and in the UK. The song would also earn her several music industry awards and nominations throughout 2005 and 2006, and has been considered a 'return to form' and the 'return of the voice'. Mariah made a stunning comeback with her 'The Emancipation of Mimi' album with this track being it's almighty centerpiece that put Mariah back on the map in terms of popularity and commercial success. Mariah didn't just return to form, she stormed back in with her biggest hit of the decade and became a full on historic phenomenon. She did it on her own terms with this stunning soulful ballad masterpiece. The soft and twinkling piano intro, the acoustic guitars and simple beats with sophisticated melodies. Then there's of course the gorgeous vocals which packs in an arrangements of emotions as the song climaxes towards the end where she really gets to belt out those stunning octave ranges, heightening the sorrow and drama of the lyrics, instead of the using the typical key-change, she uses her vocals to tell the story and it's all the more better for it. All of which makes this a worthy winner in this rate and I would like to thank everybody for taking part & following me on this long journey.
