How would the Tears on the Dancefloor era have performed
If 'TOTD' was released during their heyday, I'd say it would have came out in 2003, a year after 'Baby Don't Dance' would have been released & let the group take their long deserved break & come back. This is how I the era would have went going by the low sales climate of that period (with chart runs included) = Scared of the Dark March '03 Chart Run = *02*-06-07-08-10-11-17-22-31-34-48-75 - 250,000 sales Story of a Heart June '03 Chart Run = *06*-13-20-24-27-32-42-43-54-61 - 72,000 Neon Blue Aug '03 Chart Run = *08*-15-28-42-62-68 - 51,000 Dancing With A Broken Heart/Happy Nov '03 Chart Run = *15*-33-41-52-69 - 35,000 As you can see I added 'Happy' to 'DWABH' as a possible double a-side, combining a popular album track with a brand new track would have been the norm for them back then. As for the album I'd say it would sell around - 560,000 copies & earn itself a Platinum disc. 3 top 10 hits & a Platinum selling album, this era would have been still a success for the group.

DRUK 4 - Predictions thread
Who do you think WILL win DRUK 4? Black Peppa Who do you WANT to win? Dakota Schiffer Who's next out as of episode 3?: Jonbers Blonde Who will be this year's top 4? (PICK FOUR QUEENS): Black Peppa Cheddar Gorgeous Danny Beard Dakota Schiffer Which twist do you hope to see? Double Shantay Which twist do you NOT want to happen? Double Sashay Black Peppa for the win so far, but it's really hard to predict so-far given that there's already 8 challenge winners in just 3 episodes which is crazy, if Black Peppa ends up in the bottom again, I think that could damage her chances of winning, unless she gets a few more challenge wins like Symone did. Jonbers Blonde will probably go next, her track record SAFE-BTM 2-LOW, isn't great & being a so-called style Queen, I haven't seen much of that so far. Given that the next challenge is an acting/improv - I could see Danny winning this one & could also see Sminty struggling with this one & don't think Pixie will last much longer either.

What if? - When I Said Goodbye had been released by itself
'When I Said Goodbye' - I do agree that on its own it would have struggled & pairing it with 'Summer of Love' was a smart move especially for the summer period. Other than 'WISG' was there really any other single choices left on 'Steptacular', maybe 'Never Say Never Again' or 'I Surrender', but either of these would have been a step backwards in the aftermath of 'Deeper Shade of Blue'. Considering the album had already sold well over a Million by this point, 'WISG' could have maybe achieved a #6 peak, but this would have been a more fan driven release & had a run like this = *06*-13-20-29-41-50-59-72 with sales of around 90k-100k.

Fave/Least Fave Irish Top 10 Hits
How in the HELL did 'Wear My Kiss' or 'Get Sexy' make the top 10 over greats such as 'Overload', 'Run For Cover', 'Stronger', 'Too Lost In You', 'In The Middle' & 'Denial' is beyond me, talk about no taste.
-
Fave/Least Fave Irish Top 10 Hits
CLASSIC 1. Freak Like Me 2. Hole in the Head 3. Round, Round 4. Push The Button 5. About You Now GREAT 6. Ugly, DECENT 7. Shape TRASH 8. Get Sexy 9. Wear My Kiss The last 2 talk about a DIRE end to a career. 'GS' is probably worse, but for some reason I hate 'WMK' even more, awful video, generic beats & crap chorus, at least 'GS' had a more memorable chorus (even if it was bad).

Katy Perry • rank the 2nd singles
1. Teenage Dream 2. Hot N’ Cold 3. Unconditionally 4. Bon Appetit’ 5. Small Talk Wow after 'TD' the follow up singles just got worse & worse, "Unconditionally" was ignored despite being a decent ballad, wedged between 2 mammoth hits 'Roar" & "Dark Horse", didn't help matters as due to 'DH' being so big, it even affected the follow up singles - 'Birthday' & 'This Is How We Do' (both of these were pretty lacklustre). Still think that if 'Walking On Air' & 'Legendary Lovers' as single #4 & #5. then things could have been different & ended the era with a bang instead of a whimper. "Bon Appetit'" - Horrendous, this reeked of the record label panicking due to the lead single underperforming & hoping a raunchy sex jam with a rent-a-rapper verse might give her a summer hit, but we all know how that turned out. "Small Talk" - Don't think this was on any version of 'Smile' (not that I could recall anyway). Well anyway it's not hard to see why, firstly it was a major flop that killed the momentum that Katy had built up with 'Never Really Over' & also it's a terrible song that should have been left on the cutting room floor.
